After having R10 Construction repair and remodel a Water damage in my rental property, I was so
pleased, that when I decided to do a remodel in my own home, I called R10 Construction to try them
once again. I had been very pleased before, so I decided to embark on this new project in my own
house by calling Kurtis again.
The job was to upgrade the tile in my bathroom.
Kurtis showed up the day of the appointment, on time, as always.
I told him about what I wanted, he suggested the best options, materials, etc. He was full of good
information as always and explained many things

We hired Kurt to renovate our master bathroom.
He is very good at communicating the process, outlining costs, and was available 24/7 for answering any questions. Kurt is extremely committed to making the customer experience enjoyable and takes great pride in his work. His timeline estimate was extremely accurate. Also, his workers showed up on time and were very professional.
It is tough to find good help and he is the real deal. We will definitely be using him in the future.

There might be too many to list. Over a year and a half later, Kurtis is still the best there is. We are still here in Clairemont (what I non-affectionately refer to as Special Home Country) and have had him consult on several projects--some we can do, some we can't, just depends on what's going on in our lives at the given moment--and no matter what it is, he is still always honest, kind, extremely thoughtful, and never brushes off any concerns we may have. It's like making a customer happy is what he lives for

Ok, let me start by saying that Kurtis was the first contractor I've ever hired, but not the first one I called. He came HIGHLY recommended by someone I trust and I figured I'd give him a call. We scheduled a time to meet at my home and he was there 10 minutes early. This important to me because on time = late in my book. AND ... the previous contractors I had called for this job were either no-shows or didn't respect my time. So there was his first bonus point.
We discussed my wants, needs and budget. Kurtis was great at being real with me. I hate the idea of being quoted one
