That all depends. Question one for you is: Did you buy it from us originally? If so, it is possible that we still have access to that product. However, tile varies from lot to lot and depending on the amount of time that has passed since your initial installation, the shading may be so different that it isn't going to blend well with what is currently in place.
Traditions in Tile and Stone has partnered with nationally known cleaning company Dupont to showcase their new line of professional strength cleaning products. Best suited for the most porous stone surfaces. We strongly recommend to all our customers the use of Dupont Stonetech Revitalizer Cleaner and Protector products to maintain your natural stone. To order please contact our customer service department at 800-906-5523. Once natural stone is properly sealed, it's protected from everyday spills. Instead of being absorbed into the stone, they will bead up on the surface.
Porcelain and Ceramic tiles come in different finishes and require different cleaning and maintenance. For regular day to day cleaning we recommend Dupont Stonetech Professional Stone & Tile Cleaner. I worked with Melissa on tile selections for 3 homes for a builder I work with. Every time I went in, Melissa gave me her undivided attention and we were able to work through all the tile needed as well as come up with some unique patterns. I love that Traditions has a great selection of tile that has an elevated look above your regular walk in stores, which allowed for a more "stand out" overall look for the spaces I was designing. Tile selection was great and we found just what we were looking for. After receiving our tile later than anticipated, we discovered the wrong color tile edge piece was received, which disrupted the construction schedule as we had to push back the tile install. We were promised we would receive the replacement tile shipment first day of the following week, however that never happened, nor was there any follow-up to assure we received our order that they had messed up. I emailed and called Jennifer first thing in the morning, concerned that our tiler was coming and the package was scheduled for delivery
