Services
Nowhere is it more important for an architect to listen closely to the client than in residential commissions. Richard M. Cole & Associates spends the time necessary to thoroughly discuss clients' needs and desires to ensure a clear and mutual understanding of the design goals - and so that nothing is left to the contractor's imagination.
The solutions necessary to imbue old buildings with new life are as varied as the structures themselves. Richard M. Cole & Associates has converted a circa-1900 meat-packing plant into a modern office building, transformed fire-ravaged structures into historically-certified, upscale housing and reconfigured an antedated bowling alley to fit the retailing needs of a major merchandiser.
