Nicholas and his team were fantastic! Everyone was prompt & did EXCELLENT work. I am very pleased with the outcome of my client's home and will be using them for all my projects in the future. They did a bathroom, all the floors and a kitchen and it looks simply gorgeous. Not sure what that last reviewer was talking about, I got an excellent quote and fair pricing. Nicholas was super attentive and great at communicating throughout the entire process.

The BBB rates this company at a "C" so not sure about the recent post.
All I can say after a major home remodeling job that was done I would never hire silver tounge Nicholas again. Warning read your contract because what you agree verbally dosen't mean it will be in the contract. Read it over and over until you see everything is in it. Just saying beware.

I had just left another tile store (TDC) where the sales representative was less than helpful when I drove to PF. Patrick was welcoming and asked to give him a moment because he was on the telephone. His conversation ended shortly thereafter and he was with me until I decided on a tile, which was a significant amount of time.
