I give this "company" a -10. They are the worst contractors I have ever dealt with in my life! My only hope is that no one has to go through what we've been through with Alberto. He cost us tens of thousands of dollars trying to re-do his work. He was baffled and didn't have the knowledge to complete what was promised. He used the wrong materials, walls were build out of square, he used incorrect sizes for pony walls, drywalled over electrical wires, placed toilets too close to the wall, didn't put any lag bolts in the beams that were to hold up the roof. We hired T & A Remodeling for a kitchen remodel. They left hot wires under the sink for a disposal that was never hooked up. We also paid them to haul off an old piano and it is still sitting in front of our house after 3 months. After everything else was completed Alberto and Thea Mendoza promised they would be back in 2 days to take the piano away and bring an electrician. We made the mistake of paying them the last payment and they haven't been back. Now we have to pay for another electrician. I would not recommend hiring them for any remodeling jobs.
