Geoff Wait began his construction career 18 years ago and is a homegrown Texan. In his early 20s, he was a foreman for several companies before becoming a contractor and starting his own home remodeling business.
Alan Lee brings expertise in design, technology, project management, and financial execution. He has nearly 20 years of experience in engineering and project management. He has executed several dozen fix and flip homes and is an avid real estate investor.

We really enjoyed working with the AGC team - Geoff, Alan, Barry and other off-screen actors. They constructed a covered porch enclosure on our home with care and a fabulous attention to detail. We have received many positive comments and enjoy the new space immensely. Perhaps the greatest asset this group provides is strong communication – we were never in the dark on cost, schedule or issues that rose up, as things do when construction occurs. We would strongly recommend AGC to you for your project.

After careful review, we feel as though we cannot fully commit resources and attention to your project. For every project that we take on, it is important that we can complete the project within a reasonable timeframe and schedule. Unfortunately, at this time a combination of staffing and material delays is pushing some of our timelines and our schedule can't accommodate this project.

Handled all the coding and permits. Kept informed at every step of the way. No surprise pricing. COVID safe. Will defiantly hire again.

We had a pretty tricky project trying to create one level throughout an old house. Our project started with a foundation repair before they came in so we had some other repairs as well. The AGC team handled the subflooring build out, baseboards, door casing adjustments, trim, some new bead board in a bathroom, a pine accent wall, sheetrock repairs, texture and painting. We had a few issues come about during the project but they were eager to correct anything we were concerned about to our satisfaction. Working with AGC was great! They were on time and on budget. Once we talked about the details of the project, AGC was at the house starting the project the next day! We had the backyard porch covered with a vaulted wooden ceiling which they ran electricity and the gas line to. They also installed an outdoor ceiling fan. The crew was super nice and kept us updated throughout the project. They were able to find and use shingles on the porch that matched perfectly with our house's shingles. ACS was great! Alan was very communicative with scheduling and any needed schedule updates. We had a smaller maintenance project but the team was very eager and professional.
They came out, took a look, got us a clear bid quickly, and were conscientious about social distancing. Our tech texted us photos and a report of what was completed.
The whole thing was pretty seamless and we'll definitely be looking to ACS in the future.
