I wouldn't recommend. Although my car didn't have any major problems the small ones that it did...it was a struggle having them fix it. They would blame each other. In the end I got 1 out of 2 fix. Also the thing that bother me the most is that they will call EVERY single one of your references including your employer. There is no reason why my friends/family and employer need to know im buying a car.

Would not recommend this dealership at all Bought a truck 2 months ago and sent it back couple days after I took it home it had so many mechanical problems once I took it back there they said it will be ready in 5 days and it lasted 16 days total they did not offer a car meanwhile they were "fixing it " they told me " we arnt a loaner car company " then when I went to go pick it up i was driving home and it was the exact same

It's been almost 2 months since I've had my car. Thanks to Bobby and all his help ! I'm still waiting on a fix up for my front light but it's not too bad considering this pandemic. He helps you get what you need fixed, offered me his best services and for that I would recommend this place to any and everyone! They really do hook you up & help find what's best for you. I spoke with Karime and was told they do buy here pay here but you need 40% to 60% down on those. So I thought weird I know I saw something about buy here pay here $500 down I don’t have the best credit and working on fixing it so I was thinking I could do $1500-$2000 down on a $8999 car they have listed not trying for anything crazy and was told I needed 50% down that’s ridiculous for someone that does buy here pay here. They lie.... I was told I qualified for a $13000 car but because I worked at a staffing agency they said they don’t consider that a real job. I’ve been at the same assignment for 14 months.... nothing temporary about that. I walked next door to another dealer..... and drove home with a great used car.

This dealer doesnt like to call or text you back. I have been trying to purchase any car from them and they keep saying thr same thing, "let me talk to my boss", then nothing, nada, zip. I mean are theu scared to tell somebody they arent approved? Or what if i am approved and they just have crappy communication skills. I am working with Rocky Auto Credit now, In power is a joke. I had 500 to put dowm, then i left a message that i had more (4500) and then i get a text from a lady there, who also said she will talk to her boss. That was day yesterday. Unbelievable.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I bought my car 4 months ago and has been nothing but problems. promised repairs were never done or done so badly they caused new damage without repairing old damage. I even have a case open with the attorney general!!!
Nearly 3 months have passed since my last submission in which I asked that repairs be completed by a certified repair shop for the damaged and improperly repaired items included on the WE OWE. These items included proper sunroof repairs as the covers do not open and close properly or completely and replacement of tires that were bald and unsafe.

My experience here at in-power Motors was great. Customer Service was Supper good!!!! They treated us like family, My kids enjoyed being there. It was a great experience being there with my dad, this would be one of me and my sister's choices for a car lot when we get older and are able to get a vehicle. Everybody and even the company's dog was excellent. I recommend asking for, Moises or Hector
