Looking for great service and very fair prices? I own a BMW and always looking for a great place to have it serviced it my number one issue is trust and they definitely have that to offer! Adam in service is absolutely amazing always there to help to help with any concern I have. When they had my car I felt it was in great hands the shop in the valley I was always looking for! Really nothing but good things to say about these guys. I worked with Anthony and Scot, and unlike your traditional big box dealers, these guys aren't pushy at all. I was able to take my time and look at the couple vehicles I was interested in, even took a few days to think on it and there was 0 pressure from them, unlike most dealers where they breathe down your neck and want you to buy right then and there. Once I decided on the vehicle, I went back down and was probably out of there in 30 mins, it was quick and easy.

Just moved from NY and was very hesitant to take my Mercedes to just anyone. Found Munich Motors on Yelp saw there reviews and decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. They were very fair in prices and great on Mercedes cars. Remember people just because it's a dealership doesn't mean they do right by you when repairing or maintaining your car.

We bought a 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8 about 5 years ago from them and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made! The vehicle has been a pleasure for our family. And it helps that we get tons of compliments on her! The staff was amazing and extremely professional at all times. A true delight to work with! I had to update my review, it has been 1 year since I bought my truck from Munich Motors and I stand by my original review this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We bought a car, and recently took our baby back for basic service. From the second we walked in to the second we got back to pick her up, the management treated us as if it was the first moment we walked in the door. The waiting room and shop are impeccable and crew are simply lovely. I dare anyone to question the integrity. If you're not happy, rethink your own desire for what you want. This business only wants to please us, as well as our friends who also bought a truck. We love Munich. There are dealerships all over California, we made a great choice.

Dropped off a car for oil change at around noon, talking to Daniel. No explanation or whatsoever when it might be done. I was around the area 3 hours later, so I passed by the shop and saw my car parked in front of the shop. Thinking it might be ready, I called the shop and the person I talked on the phone was not aware of it. He said he'd get somebody "call me in a minute" (his words), no calls. I passed by again, my car that had been parked was in the garage.

***Update. I've had to open up the motor twice in the 1 year I've owned. I called and asked for help the first time it happened. This last time I didn't bother since I never got a reply. I don't think I'll buy here again. It was disheartening to be left alone with a blown motor.
Service was still good. I now just question where the cars came from and the quality.

My MINI battery was failing so I called to find out what a new battery was going to cost. Like everything MINI, it's complicated. Mine could be one of about 13 different kinds of battery. Grant recommended that I bring it by for a free battery test and to figure out which version I needed. (It's inside a housing that isn't especially easy to check.) Sure enough, my diagnosis was correct and, of course, I needed the most expensive possible option...and the nearest one was in California.

I may not have ended up buying the car of my dreams from them, but when I was looking at one of their cars I was treated with plenty of respect and transparency that I would definitely recommend them! Hard to find a dealership that treats their customers with that much patience and decency nowadays.

Not many people realize I named my car Oscar, not after the adorable garbage can guy, but for Oscar Goldman from the Six Million Dollar Man. Sadly, Oscar was recently in a near-fatal parking mishap. Imagine (accidently) taking a sledgehammer to the entire undercarriage of your car. That basically describes what I did. Most mechanics would've turned down the job. But MM is no ordinary repair shop.
