I was greeted right away by my service rep, Eric when I took my 2021 GMC Acadia in for its first service. I decided to wait for my car and was told it could take up to two hours with the complimentary car wash. My car was ready in an hour and all clean. I plan to take my car back in July for its next service and look forward to the new cafe the dealership is building.

Bo Sigler was terrific. He clearly explained things to me in a professional and friendly manner. Since I didn't have an appointment when I drove in, but could not continue to drive the car, Bo took a quick look at the dash dials and saw something awry. He advised me that Coulter could not look at the car for several days because they were backed up and called a Lyft driver to pick me up. He called me immediately several days later once the problem was diagnosed. He explained that the part had been ordered but, due to supply chain problems, it wasn't clear when it would come in. I was absolutely stunned un how quickly my service was completed! First, the airbag recall: I received notice Feb 2021, and was told I'd be notified when parts become available. 11 months go by, so I decided to investigate myself. I took the notice to Coulter Cadilac, showed it to the service writer and was immediately scheduled an appointment! The day of my appointment, I added a complete Transmission fluid flush to my workorder. As I said, absolutely stunned that my service was completed in less than 2 hours!! The Lyft service was incredible too. They were there so fast that I didn't have time

My advisor Chris Williams was very helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, and he communicated with me every step of the way instead of having me guessing, wondering or constantly trying to call. He assured me that every customer was important, not just some! He was very professional but also funny. And Chris has a very nice smile which is always great to see when working in customer service. I didn't feel welcomed or noticed when walking in. Also, I feel I did not get the attention I deserved because the Salesman kept having to walk away from me to tend to something else. I was hoping to do a trade in for future credit on an Escalade but feel like the staff did not work with me on my needs. They were promoting a chip sale shortage and how you could get up to 25% more for your trade in but I feel like that wasn't even taken into consideration. I just really feel like there was no motivation to make a sale that day and that I was interrupting and not taken serious. I will be finding

Was working with Christina about a Yukon that was due in. I was able to make it on the lot without notice and she had left for the day. The Yukon arrived that day and was in the showroom. Another salesperson(Alan) assisted me. I bought the car cause I had my mind made up but he assisted me as if I was his exclusive customer. Was great to work with and the entire dealership staff was pleasant and accommodating. This was the 3rd car I’ve bought from a Coulter lot. I always look there first.
