3 year old new BoDan Barrel tile Roof in need of a repair. Mr Langford and his company BoDan roofing is 5 Stars and More! Prior to contacting them I had concerns first for getting a leak in a 3 year new roof and second, whether or not the company would stand by their work. I want to express every part of this repair experience went very smoothly and professionally. Turns out the gutter work on our home was insufficient for the size and pitches of our home's roof and in a short period of time had not displaced the enormous amount of rain we have had this season in a sufficient manner. Had a new roof put on app 5 years ago by Bodan. Paid over 16K.
Now I have a large area of ponding and a soft spot on the roof. I called them over 3 weeks ago and cant get someone to come out. Not feeling good about there support at this point. Need to sell house and a bit stuck.

They were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone! Local, Family Owned Business. The owner himself comes out to do estimate. Bodan Roofing put a beautiful new roof on our house! We had them repair a few small leaks before finally realizing that we probably just needed a completely new roof, and the owner, Bo, took the time to come out to give us the pros and cons of that decision and helped us decide how to proceed. Bodan roofing did a great job on our tile roof. The crews showed up on time and worked until the end of the day. They cleaned up well, and treated my home with care. Bo, the owner is the nicest and most easy going to work with. He makes you feel like nothing is ever a problem. We came to Bodan from another company, and brought a few challenges with us. Nelson came out to the home and got on the roof and measured (some estimators didn't bother to get on the roof). Explained my options and the different warranty options that came with each.
Diana, the office manager, was quick to follow up and get the paperwork signed.
The crew, lead by Edgar arrived on time as scheduled and worked each day for 9-10 hours (with lunch break). The arrival

My house is 20 years old and I needed a new roof due to leaks. I did my research and found BoDan's price to be very reasonable. I also received recommendations from neighbors due to the quality of the work that they had experienced. The work was completed in 3 days by a team of professionals that were very accommodating, answering all of my questions as the work progressed. We've been in our home for 15 years. This is about the time when items within the home need to be replaced and home improvement projects take the forefront. One day, I noticed a damp spot on my garage ceiling. After entering the crawlspace above the ceiling, I discovered that a small gap in my roof allowed rain water to affect one of the rafters above the garage. Mold and mildew had started to set in.
