RPM Construction

We had RPM put a new roof on our home then had them paint the whole house. We also had them do some yard maintenance. Couldn't have been more pleased with everything they did. There were always 6-8 workers on the job from start to finish. Planning to contract them again in the spring for some additional work.

They were recommended by our vacation home rental management company. We were experiencing a minor leak from our deck to the covered patio below. After a lengthy time and very little communication and a several thousand dollar bill, they allegedly fixed the problem. Now, instead of the water leaking into the covered patio, the water goes into the house. How bad is that? They wanted more than another thousand dollars to maybe fix the problem of water coming into the house. And, by the way, they don't guarantee that what they do will fix the problem. STAY AWAY!!

RPM was recommended by 2 different people. If you are ok with broken promises and bid that is half-assed, then these guys are for you. It took them almost 2 weeks to get out to do a bid for me. They were provided with a very detailed inspection report in which they were to bid out on the work listed. Of 20 or so items on the list, only 2 were bid out on.
Easy way to get business in this town is by 1) showing up and 2) doing what you say you'd do. I hate giving bad reviews, but so many companies in GC don't have a level of professionalism that is deserved....including RPM.
