Carlson's Flooring was started by my father Jeff Carlson Sr, as he began installing floors 30 years ago. In 1986, he opened the doors to his very own company and since then he has worked with contractors, builders, & homeowners to build the company to where it is today. I am Jeff Carlson Jr. and as the second generation of Carlson's Flooring, my father has taken me to job sites for as long as I can remember.

Jeff and his team gave us the best price and did a wonderful job. I received quotes from two other companies, but Jeff was the only person to explain the process to me in detail. He personally came out to the house more than once to ensure everything was going well. He is honest, transparent, and has exceptional customer service. Our new floors look great, the team was professional and efficient, and my only regret is that I didn't tackle this project sooner!

Jeff Carlson is the reason why I went with Carlson's Flooring. I needed new carpet for my home and contacted about six businesses for an estimate. Jeff is the only person that came out along with samples to go over some options. He was very friendly and patient with us as we asked a million questions. We worked with Jeff Jr. and we were impressed every step of the way! He made sure that we understood everything that was happening through the entire installation and afterwards came out to look at some areas that needed a bit of attention and he has those fixed immediately!
The installers were just as amazing! Very conscientious and thorough. They pointed out any issues they ran into and made sure we approved before they made any changes. They were also very polite and considerate.
We highly recommend Carlson's Flooring and will use them again!

We had the BEST experience with Carlson’s Flooring. Jeff is incredible! He came to our home, took measurements, brought samples and gave us a very competitive quote. Better price than all 4 other bids. Customer service was absolutely off the charts. We actually had a small plumbing issue come up after the floors were already put in. Jeff and the team removed the wet flooring, dried out the damp flooring and replaced the flooring with new flooring, all on their own dime...all of this on a Saturday and Sunday so we could get our home listed. I'm not sure I can say I've ever dealt with a harder working contractor with such impeccable customer service. If you're anywhere in the San Antonio / New Braunfels area, this is the place for flooring!

Had two rooms of Hardwood installed and Master bedroom re-carpeted. From the beginning top the end I was very satisfied with the whole process. Jeff Jr listened to what I wanted and patiently answered my questions helping me with my choices. He promptly provided an estimate that was a turn key price. Responded to my questions in a timely manner, someone was available in the store when i wanted to reconsider one of my choices. The installers were hard working to complete job in timely manner and cleaned up. I was comfortable having them in my home. i would recommend you visit Carlson's if considering
