Troy joined BHA in 2000 and since his promotion to Associate in 2010, he has been instrumental in developing the firm's K-12 school portfolio. He is a mentor to younger interns in. BHA has teamed up with Philly Workforce Homes to create 30 new construction, single-family homes located in North Philly.Each home will consist of three-bedrooms/ two-bathrooms, a rear patio, and a spacious backyard.

Modeled after other cottages on campus designed by Frank Furness, the stone building with brick banding and jack arch detailing over the windows and doors is designed to blend in and continue the campus aesthetic.
BHA is pleased to announce the promotion of Troy C. Hill to Principal! Troy joined BHA in 2000 and since his promotion to Associate in 2010, he has been instrumental in developing the firm's K-12 school portfolio. He is a mentor to younger interns in the office and has also been involved with a mentoring program for a local charter school since 2006.
