The beginning of the experience in January 2020 was fine. The door was ordered quickly- they don’t paint it that’s to be expected. The installation was done well. No issues. Quick and easy - thank you.
Fast forward to March of 2021 I receive a somewhat aggressive phone call who legit I’m at work insisting I only paid for part of the bill and still owe $1500. After 30 plus minutes of searching my credit card statements I see that I had in fact paid the bill in full. Great and courteous office staff, and even better field technicians - this is a quality vendor that does great work at a fair price. We had a problem with heavy duty springs that were improperly installed by a different company in the valley. Rick (our tech) was on time, finished the entire evaluation and service (repairing our garage door opener, re-adjusting the springs, and performing a general maintenance update to our door) quickly and efficiently. Wish we knew about Campbell OD before we went with those other companies...

I had my garage door installed by this company. I never received the remote control. I just assumed that I need to program my old remote to work with the new liftmaster. I tried and tried couldn't get it to work. I was lazy and just gave up. Finally, in a year I decided to call the company and ask them program the remote.
They came 1 full hour late, very annoying. The appointment was noon to 1 pm. They came at 2 pm. I waited 2 hours.
And the guy told me that I should have received 2 new remotes after the installation. But I didn't. So he called the boss, Linda, and she suggested that I buy 2

Reasonable price and friendly workers. The contractors, Ace and Ben did a great job installing my new garage door opener. Even helped to apply grease on door panels and springs to reduce the noises when open/close the door. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks!!
