When my garage door controller board failed, I reached out to a few garage door companies. Don J. returned my email with a phone call, explaining numerous choices and providing several options. I was very appreciative of the information. A different solution fell into my lap but I will certainly remember Garage Doors, Inc. when it comes time to replace my current garage door. My garage door broke on a Saturday night and I hated the thought of leaving it open or forcing it closed. On a Sunday morning I requested some help and Don answered the call at 7:30am on a Sunday morning. Before I ever agreed to work with him he had me sending him pictures, trouble shooting the issue and trying to figure out what was wrong. By Monday he was here and helping me repair the issue. As a bonus, he was a really nice person. Thanks Don!

It can be hard to find a driveway gate company as I found out when my gate would not longer function. Had several opinions provided which were not definitive, and then met Don who resolved the issue within the hour.
Don was very honest explaining if I wanted to fix the same issue in the future it was doable, or he could do the service for me. His pricing was just as honest and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to have their gate fixed quickly for a fair price.
I do like recommending people/companies who deserve it and this family owned business checks all the boxes.

I wanted to put in a new Wall Mount Garage Door Opener. I called a few places to get bids and I connected with Don and he said they could do it right away for a very reasonable price.

I needed a couple of new garage door openers as I had unwisely left my car unlocked with the opener inside the console. Looked up Liftmaster brand and they gave me a choice of local carriers. I put in a request for service and Don responded almost immediately on a Friday night. We made an appointment for Saturday at a time convenient for me. Don was on time, efficient and very nice. We recently had a garage door installed as part of our project to enclose our carport. Sal Gonzales responded quickly to my request for a visit and quote and was extremely helpful in identifying what I needed to do to prepare my opening for a door. He was patient and very thorough and I followed his instructions such that when the actual door installers arrived, the installation went very smoothly and now the door performs exactly as it should including setting up the wireless control unit, the keypad and the remotes. The owner Scott was recommended by a friend. We made request, he personally came to our house, provided options and estimates. It took us few months finally ready to place order. Which impressed us the most, is the dedicated design team, Edith and Kelly, they are absolutely experienced, patient and warm-hearted. I have changed design several times, they were always pleasant and supportive. Regrettably my experience is not as glorious as others. I had them make two doors for a brand new house. The doors are mostly OK, but the installation was not. The railings were not plumb and were twisted, causing extra load on the door opener. I later discovered that one of the rollers was not even in the groove. In two places they needed to remove some concrete on the sides so they just crudely hammered it off. Within one year the doors are squeaking and the springs are not balanced. From start to finish, the process for getting a new garage door was painless. I wanted a custom door to work with my new front door and windows, so I looked around for a company that could do custom. I had done extensive searching for a door to update our garage. Garage Doors, Inc. has a good selection of doors at reasonable prices. The quality of the door hardware components and build is excellent.
After several months the door settle which caused it to rub the door frame.
Garage Doors, Inc. came out and realigned it no charge . They have quickly responded to any of my informational and service inquires. Definitely would recommend them.

My wife backed out of the garage before the overhead door was fully up. Bam! The lower panel was cracked all the way through. This is the last thing we needed! OK...so I phoned Garage Doors Inc. based on a recommendation from Ron of Garage Door Guys who I found on Yelp. Cory, the salesperson at Garage Doors Inc. was very easy to work with and although we were ready to order garage doors for our new home from another vendor, we let him give us a last-minute bid.
We ended up going with them and so far, no complaints! Garage doors and openers are installed and the only issues were:
1) They wired the wall-mount openers backwards: left button for right garage, right button for left garage. Easy fix and DH already fixed it.
2) They made holes in the sheetrock "above" and "below" the control unit...not behind it. Odd, but I guess we'll patch
