They said that they would no longer respond to my messages after I requested a video/photo quote instead of an in-person quote, due to the ongoing pandemic.

Do not hire these people. After several postponements on their part, a man finally arrived to install lights & fix a couple things including a shower rod. He complained early about beating the rush hour traffic. He installed the lights but left all his garbage in the kitchen. He made an excuse about not being able to install the new shower rod (subsequent, qualified worker confirmed the reason was bogus) and left parts, screws all over my bathroom. He was to come the next day to finally install the shower rod and he was a no-show. At no point was there an apology. The worker never once called to

We had them reinstall a storm door that installed incorrectly by another person. They did wonderful work and fixed the storm door so it properly sealed. They even fixed some rods on the storm door that were bent due to the incorrect installation. The guy was great to deal with and was super easy for my wife which is awesome since she was watching the two little ones at the same time. All in all I can not recommend this company enough for service.

This place is a joke !!!! I applied just out of searching and boredom. So this guy Darren Hones E mails me about what I've done for work repeatedly and in the middle of myself actually working for a living he swears a.k.a. Bull sh!# among other things in his response to me weather he is actually serious or not ? So this guy that is a so call Owner/Manager?? talked like a drunk'n sailor and totally unprofessional and childish. Why would anyone want to work for him or his so called company and at the very least hire there second rate handyman services.

Not as professional as I'd expect for a number of reasons. They told me they'd be here one of two days but didn't show up. I had to call to find out I was rescheduled to a date that no longer worked for me so I had to reschedule. The handy man that arrived didn't know what the job was. He had to go back to the office to get equipment. Once he came back, he still struggled to get high enough to get to the ceiling and after asking permission put a ladder on my kitchen table.
