Last year's hail storm caused some damages to my house, after two inspections over course of three months finally my insurance company agreed to partial repair of my roof. I am glad that I was advised not to hand in my project to the roofing companies that show up at your door after each storm. I reached out to Kal Construction and after their inspection they challenged the insurance's partial claim approval. Frankly, I was little pessimistic and did not think anyone can change the outcome. Kal himself assured me that if I keep my patient and let him deal with my insurance company he will convince

Kal has done two major home projects for us, a complete basement remodel and a screened-in outdoor patio with fireplace. Kal's team is very professional and pleasant to work with.Both projects more than met our expectations and were done at a reasonable price. He offers good design ideas and is careful with the customer's money. I've recommended him to others who have been equally satisfied.

Kal and his team rebuilt our kitchen in a style compatible with our 1925 house, refinished some of the floors, replaced several banisters and thresholds, and painted our basement. They finished on time and on budget, for a very reasonable price. We were and still are delighted! We certainly will hire Kal for our future projects.

We were very pleased with Kal Construction and its renovation of our basement, third floor apartment, and installation of air conditioning throughout our 11,000 sq. ft. 1909 home on Summit Avenue in Saint Paul. The design work was performed by Merv Hough and his plan was executed by Kal Construction with remarkable quality and attention to detail. The work was completed on time. We could not have been more pleased.

Kal has done numerous projects for us at our house in St. Paul, from big to small. His work is always fabulous. I especially appreciate the care he takes to make sure he knows what we want, and helps us to look at all our options. The projects included roof patching, after hail damage; a beautifully remodeled bathroom; painting both inside and outside; all sorts of electrical matters and upgrades, and many more. Kal is the best contractor I have ever worked with.
