They showed up when they said they would. They are a very professional company. Jan that answers the phone was very nice and polite. Ron the owner came out and walked us thru the whole process and helped us on picking out the right shingles for our home and they also do insulation which we needed. If you are in the market for putting a new roof on your home you owe it to your self to give Pratt-Sons roofing a call. There men are also were COVID-19 compliant very nice and courteous. These guys go above and beyond their duty of customer service. They bend over backwards to stand behind their product and workmanship.
I had a leak in my bathroom. They came out and spent over 90 minutes running water over my roof looking for any potential issue there could be. Even though they’d already determined the issue was with the plumbing they continued to check every pipe, tube and vent to make sure they were still dry and not showing any signs of wear. Two days later, the plumber wasn’t able to get the exact location of the leak so Pratt-N-Sons came back out and worked with him to

They did an okay job on the roof, but had a place come undone (small, but noticeable). Called to ask for repair and owner came out. He acknowledged the issue and promised a repair. Called back a MONTH later and the owner was short tempered, on the verge of nasty. Didn't have time to send anyone was his excuse. Will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I had them come out and fix my roof. I had an appointment for 2 weeks and at the last minute said they could not make it and rescheduled. When they came out workers did not let me know they were there or what work they did before they left. They were there for maybe 15 minutes and I went out and saw from the ground that there was a huge tile hanging off the roof. Called back to have them finish the work. And when they got there asked to get on the roof and pointed out many things that they forgot. All in all they fixed two broke. Tiles and two slipped tiles and charged me $350 when I had to call

The problem with a roofing company is inspecting their work. If one is disinclined to climb up on the roof to fix it, one is not going to do it to inspect it, you have to take a lot on faith. As far as the comment the other person made about the bill not resembling the estimate, I had the same problem. The final bill was
