Tim is the most unprofessional person to work with. He has yet to show up on time, or even bother to show up at all on most occasions. He started a job months ago and has yet to finish it. He doesn't return calls or texts. I wouldn't recommend his business to anyone!! Tim has poor customer service, greatly lacking in professionalism, and zero sense of urgency to finish his work.

I've used Tim on 3 projects this year and his workmanship has been stellar. He know's what will work best for each situation, informs you on what to expect and follows through with what he says. It's sometimes hard to get a hold of him but lets face it it's the busiest construction work has been in 10 years and its hard to get a hold of anyone who does good work. I trust Tim to do any wood floor for my company in the future.

I am a general contractor in oregon. I attempted to hire on point to scuff and buff the floor at a job, Tim told me there was overspray 3inches around the edge of the baseboards that would cost $350.00 for him to fix. I sent an employee of mine over there to address it and there wasn't any paint to be found. This guy tried to charge me for work that didn't exist. This is the kind of person I will NOT work with.

We had On Point tear out the carpets in our new house and replace them with wood floors. The floors look incredible, and the price was competitive with bids we received from other companies. Tim was really organized and kept us in the loop about what was going on at the house, and he responded quickly to calls and texts. Frankly, that communicativeness was what really set On Point apart from other contractors we've worked with.

Tim and his crew came in to redo my oir wood floors. My husband and i just bought our first home and the floors looked terrible. Tim was very timely in responding to our call and came out to give us an estimate. Not only did his prices beat out other people but his team has really went above and beyond. Because our home was built in the 1950s and our floors were old, they became troublesome. The stain we chose didnt take in a few spots which made our floor finishing take a bit longer, which was no fault to tim. He called the stain company and had a second opinion on what to do to get the stain
