They sold us a car, along with some add-ons that were out of stock at the time of sale. When we came back to pick them up, they told us that we “missed the window” to collect them—the pick-up window was fine-print that was never mentioned to us at the time of sale.

This is the worst dealership ever. They act as if it was 1980. They tell you one price on the phone, then when you go in, they start the whole dance of having to talk to the manager and end up giving you a 10k increase in price. Dishonest and low customer appreciation. Stay away, they are using the current shortage to gauge customers. Shame on them!!!

I've been a Toyota's loyal customer for years. And I had the worst experience on this weekend. The Manager of Service area doesn't know how to deal with customers who had bad experiences on his services. He is very bad understanding how a bad service can impact on Toyota's customers and its business, he is supporting the bad services instead of address the situation with his coworkers.
I won't do business on this place anymore. The worst experience ever in my 10 years as a Toyota customer.

These dealership will steal you car parts and say you car had problems. I brought my Toyota Supra for a recall my car didn’t have any check engine lights on. Once I picked up the car it had a check engine light on do to catalytic converter. My car has 7k miles. Almost new and for sure don’t need no catalytic converter. Also there was another Supra there during the time my Supra was as at the dealership I think they replaced parts.
I would not recommend this dealership to no one. This dealership is a chop shop

We called on Saturday to make an appointment to replace a flat tire on my truck. The service rep said they couldn’t do it that day, and that the earliest time would be on Monday morning. We were told to bring the truck by as early as 7:40 a.m. I took the morning off of work to bring it by. I arrived around 8:10, and the place looked fully closed. I drove around, saw no one in the maintenance area, and so parked and went into the service desk area. The door was open, but it looked like no one was in there. If you want to get scammed, lied to and left seating waiting for hours, then you definitely don't want to come to this horrible place. I was there on Wednesday Nov 10 to buy a Hybrid Highlander. They brought me in saying they had it but they actually lied. Great experience. Thank you for wasting my time Toyota of North Miami.

I was in Toyota of North Miami with my husband two weeks ago, the seller helped us a lot, we decided to apply to get a new car together with my husband because they told us it would be easier that way. Everything they asked of us was done and the financing manager did not send our application to the banks, he decided not to give us a new car and sent us to get a used car, We ended up taking a used car that cost us $ 3,000 less than a new car, with a monthly fee for a new car, it seemed more like a case of discrimination

Excellent car servicing!! I took my car, as well as, my fiancée's car yesterday 10/13/21 and boy are they both driving so smooth. The best Service Advisor IMO is Mr. P. This dealer advertised a car for sale on Offer Up. I tried to call many and no one answered. I sent a message and Was told someone would contact me. He did and made me wait over an hour to look for the keys then the car on the lot. Then when I called again because I was driving to their location, I finally found out that the car had been sold over 30 days ago.

Went to look at and possibly buy a used vehicle here but unfortunately the $999.00 Preperation fee for ( nitrogen filled tires, pinstripe and free car wash for life) was laughable. Your tax tag and title fee was separate. Also your dealer electronic transfer fee is the same as your tax tag and title fee. Rip off attempt number 2.When you see attempted rip-offs like this do yourself a favor and walk away.

Came to Toyota of north Miami to purchase a truck, after speaking with the sales man in the phone. After test driving the truck and sitting down to do numbers, they pulled out $4500 worth of hidden "dealer fees." On top of the fact I told them I did not want the truck at the price any more; the salesman Insisted that he could get me a better deal if he ran my credit for financing after I had already told him I was financed.

Car salesmen have earned a bad rep but Luis Herrera is the real deal. I have come across many bad experiences at car dealerships and was honestly expecting the same thing here but Luis helped me get into the car I wanted at the price I was looking for. He was kind, worked within my budget, and made us feel comfortable. I got a great deal during the crazy car market we're currently in and will only be coming to Luis with any future car purchases I need to make. Always ask for Luis Herrera!!

Terrible service. It is worth nothing that they have a great sales team if their service is terrible.
Came in for the first 5k miles service that was supposed to last 1 hour, it lasted for 2 hours. There is no communication between service rep and car owner, I did not get a summary of what was done, no nothing. Terrible service plus wasting 2 hours.

I can't believe I have to write ANOTHER update. I should never have gone back to this place after my last experience.
You know the horror stories you hear about dealerships making up service issues, well... it happened to me. 2K WORTH OF LIES!!
I took my car in for an oil change. This time... they told me I had an oil pan leak. It would require over 2k in repairs.
After much pushing, I got to talk to the mechanic who "diagnosed" the issue to explain to me that the oil pan under the car was leaking and it was all full of oil "all around the pan". He told me I could "

Last Sunday I got a 4 Runner TRD pro so today, as instructed by the sales associate, I came to register myself at the Service center to get access to the carwash.
Not that I really care, but I was in the area and still kind of excited about my new Toyota experience.

Nowadays it's trending that dealerships charge $399 for a set of floor mats. I declined floor mats with my vehicle purchase and ordered them online from this dealership. Not only were they delivered to my home the same day, but the all weather mats cost me $180, including the additional cargo area mat! Thanks Toyota of North Miami.

(This turns off salespeople because they like people to finance the car and then repo it when they fail to make payments) He said he would get a break down of all the additional fees not listed in the price.
