Very direct and to the point. He fixed our ac in under 30 minutes. Showed my husband everything he changed gave him some information on how to get more life out of our system. We normally kept our ac on 73° to cool the house he after he fixed it we have it at 75° and it's freezing We had to wait 2 hours longer than he told us but kept in contact with us othe whole time. We must have called him 7 times to check and he answered everytime. He is good fast and very direct. We will be using this company in the future

Our Air Conditioner went out late on a Tuesday night. John responded quickly and got cool air coming through for the night. Our motor had burnt out and John got us a rebuilt motor saving us $$$. He was very professional and knowledgeable we would definitely have him out again should we ever need help in the future. Would recommend him for any HVAC needs.

In the evening. The tech, John, was very confused and out of it upon arrival but immediately went to my outside unit, about 30 minutes later he came inside and and could not talk to me, tell me what was wrong with my ac, what he had done, or even write the service report out. He then moved to my floor and was leaning against a cabinet, I was home alone and became scared and called 911 (he was basically sleeping by this point).
