Our process begins with the client consultation. The purpose of the initial meeting is to help discover your wants, needs and desires for your new custom home. Every homesite is unique and knowing the characteristics of the land will help us design your dream home. We will meet you on your property to evaluate topography, orientation, views and tree coverage to determine optimal home placement and design.

We didn't get Jeff, we got Larry. Sandera does not have any engineers, designers, etc. They just frame up garages, patios, etc. If the job is bigger than a 2X4 wall they call in their subcontract designer who charges $700 to draw up the plan. Except all he does is use 25 year old software to draw 2D lines. After we paid the $700, Sandera backed out. I guess the $700 was good enough profit for doing about nothing. I have warned you.

I have worked with hundreds of contractors over the years with mixed results. Jeff is just fantastic from start to finish! He grew up in the business and is an excellent communicator. I can always count on Jeff do an excellent job and not cut any corners. He is very good at anticipating problems and offering solutions before they arise. His projects come in on time and on or under budget and the best part is that he keeps me and my client up to date constantly. From remodel to luxury custom home, Jeff and his team are the best I've seen!
