Worked with Perry and his team for a remodel of our upstairs shower and the experience was nothing short of class.
241 was extremely responsive and erred on the side of over-communication throughout the project, making sure we were always on the same page.
Perry is quick to explain the steps and particulars in detail so you're never in the dark about what is going to happen or how something works - his knowledge and experience really show.
Their subcontractors showed when they were supposed to and did good work. Pricing is fair and they were flexible about working through scheduling and dealing

There are contractors with integrity and then there is RU Remodeling. His employees were stealing from him and his customers by making sure they underbid to get the job. Once the contract was own that's when the charges started by the thousands. My permit was left open and my husband finished the work. We called the City to close the permit and once that was done tRUs owner Reudy Perry sued us.
The workmanship was mediocre and we had to fix a number of things.
There are to many other contractors to take a chance with this one. The good should not outweigh the bad so please keep that in mind
