I am an architect in San Francisco California. My focus is on Government, Healthcare, Fitness, and Retail projects in an effort to promote my philosophy of better life experiences through design. Going to a hospital or courthouse is often a daunting experience and one that I personally hate.
My passion for working on these particular projects stems from wanting to make these buildings and the spaces inviting and enjoyable while understanding the state of mind people are in.Going to the hospital or to court is stressful enough and through the power of design I believe those stress levels can be reduced.

Looking to line up an Architect for your New Construction project is no easy task. But I'll walk you through every step so that by the end, you'll feel like a design and construction expert! Putting together a set of plans to renovate a room, a business or a building can feel overwhelming, especially when its your first time.
This Club Pilates will have an open 12 person studio with reformers, Exo-chairs, TRX, Bosu ball, mats rollers and more. There will be 3 private training rooms that offer personal sessions with the same equipment. This studio will also be equipped with Accessible Men's and Women's bathrooms and separate changing rooms.
The original bathroom layout in this 2 unit flat was very inconvenient for the homeowners. It consisted of a single toilet in one room, a shower and vanity in another and a vanity and toilet in the third room. By taking out a wall we were able to combine three rooms into two full bathrooms. Both bathrooms now equipped with a shower/tub, vanity and toilet.
The renovation of an existing Oncology Pharmacy consisted of gutting and expanding the 400 square foot lab space. We added separate hood rooms, one for hazardous compounding and one for non-hazardous compounding. The two hood rooms were connected by a new anteroom with a dedicated eye wash and personal protective equipment area.

We picked Vadim for our home elevator project after reviewing several architects. He is not only knowledgeable but also easy to work with, courteous and willing to listen as to what we want. He is also thorough in his work, gathering as much background information as possible to start the project, and following through with designs meeting our needs. We also like that he is responsive, always prompt in replying to our questions. His is worth the fair fee he charges. We would not hesitant to refer him to any one for architectural services.
