Through a partnership with Chicanos por la Causa Development, our firm proposed a mixed-use project for Mesa's downtown at Main and Country Club. Our design response was to encourage foot traffic by addressing the street with the building forms, creating a desert pocket park, landscape promenade, and providing a mix of residential sizes and uses within the site.

Because we do everything in 3D that gives us the ability to use our model as a design tool when reviewing the project with our client (from the early conceptual stages through the final design). This visualization of the spaces in detail helps our clients and general contractor understand the design/cost implications of their decisions in real time.
