My goal is to be fair in my review and include both the positives and negatives concerning the recent sale of our home. First, the positives. Jarson & Jarson have built a great brand for marketing architecturally unique homes, which ours was. They have an excellent website, a good following and understand how to present a home. They gave us useful advice on prepping the house for sale. They take great pictures and Scott knows how to write a narrative to give the full perspective on a house. In many respects, this is the most important element in selling a home, as most people today search the web

I can't thank them enough for the job they did helping me sell a condominium I had in Old Town Scottsdale a few years ago. I think just being listed by them is what sold the property the first day it appeared in the MLS listings for a record-breaking high price for the building. Their knowledge and understanding of the importance for preserving the architectural heritage of the valley is really wonderful. Kathy was an excellent Realtor for us when selling our parent's home. At our first in person meeting, she came overly prepared and went over all logistics of how the transaction(s) would work. She also did a thorough walk through of our property and made suggestions for things we could change prior to listing in order to maximize profit of the sale. She kept us abreast of the listing on a regular basis and was always available whenever we had a question. I would definitely use Kathy again and highly recommend her. She is meticulous!

I listed my property with Jarson and Jarson. Recognizing that the tough economic conditions were dragging on home sales, I chose last December to cancel the listing after 8 months.
Upon cancellation, the agent, Jack London, chose to go onto the MLS listing and maliciously change information about my home. He changed the size, the number of bedrooms, the materials, stated that there was not a sewer or heating, etc. This behavior is unprofessional and unethical.
Upon contacting Debbie Jarson, she was slow to respond and unapologetic.
I would recommend that anyone looking to list a property

Never used them for buying or selling, but am a frequent visitor to the website, azarchitecture.com. They specialize in mid-century modern type properties, as well as new urban high density/unique/cutting edge architecture properties. It would have a tough time finding a property they showcase that I WOULDN'T want to own......
