Marcos was so helpful to us while we were trying to move out from our office. We just need to move only 1 long couch from one office location in Downtown to another office in Mission Valley.
He was FAST, responsive and very helpful. And he was available to help us right at the moment of the request - it's just a magic movers agency! Definitely I will call them again

Seventeen antiques and pieces of furniture were damaged or lost when Reliable Man Movers (CAL-PUC T190317, USDOT#1480796) moved our household goods from San Diego to San Clemente on April 18, 2021.
The following antiques were damaged:
1. Italian Marble Pillar - broken in half
2. Empire Cabinet Marble Top - broken in half
3. Venetian Server Bowl - broken in half
4. Damask Gold Leaf Settee Chairs - ripped, chipped, and scratched
5. Regency Kidney Desk - chipped and scratched
6. Regency Arm Chair - crushed and scratched
7. Belgium Bronze Chandelier - broken and bent
8. Empire Commode

These guys were great. Two moves in two days to one home (San Diego and Santee to Alpine CA. On the first move the crew of Matt, Dennis, Bob, and Angel made the move so easy. On the second move the crew of Matt, Baca, and Angel were equally as good. Both crews were pleasant, respectful and very accommodating. Most everything was wrapped up with moving blankets then shrink wrapped and handled as if it were their own possessions. Thanks guys for a job well done!

DO NOT TRUST this company!! I used them for a July 28, 2019. They damaged almost every piece of furniture, completely destroying two. I made a claim the next day. The manager,who unexpectedly quit, was helpful in ameliorating some of the issues. Since he quit the owner, Eric Jacobsen, has done nothing, except to say his insurance would contact me. Emails, phone calls...no response since Dec. 3. It has been

The irony of this moving company being called "Reliable" Man Movers. I scheduled a move with them for October 1st after receiving their flyer from my apartment complex. At the time I scheduled they seemed "reliable"and even called the day before to confirm. I had a window of 1-3pm on the 1st. Around 2:30pm I called Chad 619-995-4127 & 619-276-1942 just to get a rough ETA on when the guys would be coming. He answered the phone and told me he would call the guys and then have them call me. An hour later still heard nothing from anyone. I tried calling him again and no answer

I recommend this company to friends and family for moving needs. We used them twice to move furniture out and then back into our home during a remodel. Terrance and Marcos were communicative, on time, professional, and funny; all qualities needed when handling a person's prized possessions.
Note: We did prepare by prewrapping some of the smaller furniture pieces (chairs, pictures), but they had moving blankets and wrap for the larger pieces (china cabinet, curio cabinet). We appreciated their help and the extra care they took. I will use them again in a heartbeat!

They were contracted to move me out of my apartment due to flooding. I had quite alot of things to pack and they did a great job. My items were all packed and boxed. I felt comfortable leaving them alone to pack and that my items would be safe. Terrance, Daniel and Robert helped with the move. My things were packed carefully and were organized. Moving is stressful and difficult. They were positive and upbeat. Highly recommend you give them a try.

TERRIBLE experience with this company! Moving a one bedroom apartment from downtown to Hillcrest took ALL DAY, and in the process the movers broke my TV. I called to file a claim just to get attitude from the guy who answered the phone. I've submitted a claim the way they told me to, and even after multiple phone calls, multiple emails, and getting the BBB involved, I STILL haven't heard back. It's been 3 months!

I will never use these movers again. A few bumps and bruises are to expected when moving, but breaking a flatscreen tv? And just like other people have mentioned, they give an email address for filing a claim and then you never hear back from anyone. When I initially called to report the damage I got attitude from the guy who answered the phone. Three weeks later and they have yet to respond to any of my emails.

We have moved 3 times in the past year (eek!!) And honestly, these guys were the absolute best. Reliable Man came to our rescue when we suddenly had to vacate our apartment, and only had a 30 day notice to get out. I have had to use moving services at least once a year in the past 10 years. Reliable Man Movers was by far the best experience I have had.
The two gentleman that did my move were on time, extremely kind, and went out of their way to make things easy for me. They got my belongings moved from Little Italy to La Jolla very quickly and with no damages. I wasn't stressed at any point in the move on account of how professional they were. I will be recommending this company to anyone needing moving services.

I used this company before and had a great experience which is why I came back to use them again. They were able to move a Big Green Egg for me which is a ceramic cooker successfully so I wanted to go with someone that knew what they were doing. I mentioned to them when I called to use their service again that this cooker was the only thing I really cared about in the house and to be very careful with it. It was even listed on the invoice so both movers knew that it was very important to me.
