Absolutely incredible service. Moving is a pain but with the right help it can be smooth and efficient. Carlos' tram was super cordial, efficient and very accommodating. They disassembled and reassembled all the bed frames, couches, dining tables and patio furniture. And place them exactly where they needed to go at my new house. As well as countless boxes, weight racks, sauna, TVs etc. They were efficient yet delicate and protected my furniture so things arrived perfect. 5 star service and an incredible flat rate.

So this will be an interesting 5 star review. I was going to give them a 1 star due to the a--hole on the phone when it came time to pay. I was given a flat quote in writing by Carlos, super nice guy by the way. But he was out of town the day of our move so I had to deal with his partner, I think his name is Justin. He tried to charge me for an extra hour, spouting travel laws, blah, blah blah, all the while ignoring my comments about my written quote. I gave him the option to take the written quoted amount or nothing and we could go to court. He took the money with a couple remarks, not smart

I'm super disappointed in this moving company. Tho the movers came and were speedy they were pretty reckless with my belongings. Multiple things were taped and not wrapped before they packed them into the pod. I paid for a minimum of 4 hours at $500. They moved everything in under 2 hours and were told to use the remaining time to load a few larger items into the pod once they got to the other house since there was still plenty of time left over. They then charged the other people at the pod location another $200. So that's $700 for under 4 hours of work. Unacceptable. The movers taped

We just had an excellent experience with Flat Bid Moving last week. Carlos Diaz coordinated the move and was very responsive every time I e-mailed him - he sent a quote very quickly and set up a date for the move. The quote was very fair - half the price of other moving companies in our area. We were having some furniture moved from the San Diego area to Phoenix, Arizona. The movers showed up right on time to load up the furniture, then the next day the furniture was delivered on time in the morning to our home in Phoenix. Easy! So much better to have a small mover do a direct door to door

Josh and Flat Bid Moving are the BEST. No hyperbole here. Josh and his crew fit our move into their super busy schedule on basically a few days' notice in the busiest time of year, and did a fantastic job. Crew showed up on time, worked hard and fast, and made sure nothing was damaged in the process. Josh kept the move on target and negotiated a very good deal. Before we found out about Josh/Flat Bid, we've used many other moving companies in many years of moving, and none of them compare in terms of cost/price and in terms of quality.

The Team did arrived on time, actually 10 minutes early, they were very good about getting all flooring protection down for both hardwood and carpeted floors. They also covered all stair railings to protect against damage.

I've moved 17 times in my adult life and this company is definitely the best. Carlos came over to our 2 bed 2 bath apartment and gave us a quick quote that was in line with the quotes we received from other companies. He was very professional and we liked that they use expert movers on salary. The crew came over on a Friday to pack everything and then Saturday to load and move it into storage for us. Amazing service and communication. One of my friends refered me to and I spoke to Carlos about my situation, move from San Diego to Stockton, about a 500 mile move. We scheduled it but had to push it back and it wasn't a problem. The rate was the best compared to other movers with no hidden fees, price quote was what I paid. I cannot recommend them enough. Tiko made the drive and kept in communication with us and was on time for the pick up and drop off. If has to do it again, I would use them without a second though. Thank you so much!

Just moved from Bankers Hill to El Cerrito / College area this past weekend. Very very satisfied with the crew over at Flat Bid. Carlos came out to our property months ahead of time and gave us our flat bid. Afterwards, he dropped off boxes, tape, & wrapping paper to help with our move.
On the day of the move, his crew showed up 10 minutes early. His crew consisted of 3 very positive, helpful, optimistic (& Strong) movers. They were very gentle with all of our belongings. I am a professional organizer and I recently worked with Carlos and his team to pack and move a client of mine. Carlos is the BEST! He recommended these sturdy green bins instead of boxes, which made the packing process so much faster. (Picture this...no taping up boxes - which takes up so much time when you're packing, no worrying about the weight of objects - see Kitchenaid mixer in photo.)
