I am so happy I called Mark! He was very professional and reasonably priced! My couch completely smells like new and the stains are gone! Mark was very responsive and friendly! He gave me a call to let me know he was on his way as I asked and he showed up promptly. My carpet looks and smells excellent, even though there were several dog accidents that needed to be taken care of. He was professional and worked diligently, he was in and out in under an hour. Very impressed with the service!! Prompt and professional. When I called to make an appointment, I said I had two pieces of furniture to be cleaned. In the meantime, I remembered that one of my carpets had an area that was particularly distressed with coffee spills.Mark cleaned that also under the original quote.

I had 2 large couches, a cream colored area rug with pet and coffee stains, and 1 chair from Target to be cleaned. Mark was professional, prompt, good communication, friendly, efficient and had great attention to detail. Everything looks brand new (even the 30 year old couches) and smells clean and refreshing.
