EL AL Movers has got be one of the best moving companies I've ever experienced. We just went through a very emotional and heart wrenching death in our family and was left with various antiquities, fine art, furniture, circa china, etc... Our items needed special and delicate handling, boxing and moving. Mike and his team were right there with us the entire move, handling everything with kid gloves and care as if these items were their own. They were very professional, understanding and efficient while working with us from start to finish. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Ask for

I would never trust them.
They broke my desk and drank my beer w/o me knowing. Charged me for full 9 hrs when they worked for 8. Charged me extra $300 for packing supplies which wasn't much really packing done.
One of the Guy's who moved, Joe, was abusive and kicked my stuff and was disrespectful around my Family.
I was good to them and fed them and provided lots of water all through the day.
I was promised a new desk but it's been more than 1 week and Mike the owner won't pick up my call.

This firm, the movers they hire and "Mike" using this email saleconnection@aol.com who runs the place are horrible. First they stole an important box of documents from us during the move, they tried to move a bed with the sheets still on then ripped them.. ditched the sheet in the moving process somewhere, then lied and said the sheet was back at the old apartment. They packed with zero skill and ended up breaking lots of glasses and plates. They literally destroyed a door moving out and we had to repair and paint walls in the new house costing over $750. DO NOT USE!!!' I have never dealt with a more awful "business". They were supposed to arrive at 9am to move for a min of 2 hours. They never showed. I called all numbers they provided on the confirmation and all went to voicemail. Never called and no response. Finally a friend (through some investigating research with the police) got ahold of "mike" who said he would find out what was happening. Mike, the owner, never called back! NEVER USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!

We were quoted an hourly price with 2 men ; 3 men showed up at a higher price. They charge to wrap & for using their tape when I purchased my own which they refused to use. At the end, the quoted rate that I had in writing was triple!!!! Then came the yelling, cursing & arguing for the money they demanded. They only got what was quoted & they left after I was going to call police! I have never dealt with scam artists like this before. Mike & his entire crew are no better than thieves who try to bully higher prices. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

Beware! they now advertise as brickell key movers or brickell key moving co!!!! beware of the following number and a guy named mike...(305)692-8570. they sent a guy that was 5"1' and around 110 lbs. it took him and another guy 8.5 hours to move a small apt. they quoted us for 3 hrs at $80 an hr. our final bill was $920. they charge you for covering the furniture which most dont. we paid $74 for him to wrap 2 tv's!!!!! they obviously never told us what they were doing. do not use these scammers!!!

Mike and his crew moved a valuable antique baby grand piano for me. They arrived a half an hour early and were waiting for ME to arrive!! Mike and his staff are true professionals and VERY knowledgeable about pianos and the proper way to move them. They were courteous and professional. I will use them again. I recommend this company without any reservations whatsoever. They are the best.

WORST MOVERS. NEVER HIRE.
do NOT hire these movers. they did not show up for the appointment. i called them at their offices and no one picked up their phone. the driver called an hour later and said that he wasn't going to make it because they had another pick up that was more important. i made my appointment 3 weeks in advance and reserved the elevator in my building, took time off of work and sat around like an idiot. if you hire these movers, expect to be disappointed.
