Hands down the best service department. Wilber is amazing and so accommodating. I rather drive 10 miles to Kendall Hyundai than drive 1.5 miles to Doral Hyundai.

Very nice individuals working at Kendall Hyundai. My car is a 2016 Hyundai Sonata with 35707 miles.
I don't drive often, The car is Garaged Most of the time. However the rear ABS sensors both bad I knew this from the way drove/ breaking & The ABS antiskid light.
Coinciding with this issue was also yet another recall.
I made the appointment, Alhea, both professional and personable young lady told me it may take a couple of days as they were quite busy.

Car was towed in and it was over a month before i could speak to a live person. When i finally got car back on way home engine light came back on. Terrible service. 10 year warranty because car spends most of the time in the shop.

Went car shopping yesterday and had the most awful experience. Beginning with an ARROGANT salesman who greets me and my wife without a face mask, when I asked that he please wear one, he launches into a rant that "He has one but that he doesn't have to wear it! " My response is that if he wants to sell a car, it might be a good idea to put one on. I explain that I was in sales and it's always a good idea to work with a customers reasonable request. He responds that he has the COVID vaccine and that he doesn't have to wear a mask for the second time. I tell him that wearing

Not trustful people, This is the last place on Earth that I would go and get my car from.

They are taking advantage of shortage of cars and try to sell each car for a lot more money than they should.

Terrible customer service , no one even calls you back, including the GM.
They will rip you off you sell them your car and they don't have the correct payoff from your car manufacturer .
Best bet is not to do business with them at all.

I have been going to them for years! This visit took me by surprise. I left my car for maintenance and they called back with a list of things that were wrong with my car. I trusted them and approved what they said. When I got my car I saw that on the receipt they had written that "I" had said my rear lights weren't working. I did not say that. I had found it strange when they told me that two lights were out. A few weeks later I went to open my glove compartment and it collapsed. They had dismantled it and left the air filter (that they said I needed), the instructions

Everything about my experience with Kendall Hyundai was very poor. I'll save you the many details. But the highlights are:
-Lies to get me in the door
-Once I was there, you could obviously tell that everything they told me was typical car dealership fluff.
-They wasted 2 hours of my day. Nothing was accomplished in those 2 hours. The dealership was not even busy.
-Customer service was almost non-existent. The salesman assigned to me barely said 5 words.
-lots of employees standing around playing with each other while I stared at a wall for 2 hours in the lobby.

The service department sent the curtesy message to remind the appointment. Pedro Sobrino is my service advisor. Very polite, generous and pleasant personality. He listened to my concerns and offered few options but no pressure at all. I lived more than 10 miles away from Kendall Hyundai, but he was able to provide a lift to ride me home. At the end of day, he also give me a bonus - free car wash! Such a wonderful guy. Definitely recommend!

These people are so rude, and arrogant. They speak English but they choose not to and if you don't speak Spanish they give you a hard time about it. My mom went to go pick up her Hyundai and some old guy who worked there was just sitting on her hood hanging out. He put a dent in the hood and refused to fix it and said it was our fault. They just lean on your car in touch as if they own it they do not respect other peoples vehicles. Never coming back to this place again, unprofessional and and just plain rude....

These people are so great to work with! They are like my "second family". Any issues that I have are handled almost immediately. The GM, Ralph, is so nice, & stays on top of everything that goes on here at the dealership. The Sales Mgr., Jesus (yes, really....LOL) and his Team are wonderful! Adrian & Jesus just put me into a new Elantra… Limited 2021 last weekend, which I just love! I hated to part with my 2008 Sonata Limited after just 13 years....haha....but it's true....but after 13 years it was time to upgrade to "high tech". Safety features galore! Speaking of which, Richel

Great service. Ive been to many n this one by far beats all. Wilbur is my go-to guy. Great personality n service. Always with a smile n listens to my concerns. This time my car took a little longer, so he asked if I needed an Uber to the nearest Mall. I agreed n everything was taken care of, even on my way back to the shop.
Would totally recommend this place n look for him.

One star is too much for the service they offer. Truly the worst of the worst. A few months ago I bought a Hyundai Accent and they sold it to me with the damaged air, the next day I went and they told me that they would take care of fixing it. To summarize I went several times and they made me wait all day and then lie to myself again and again. The seller Adrián Garcia lied to me many times and also the mechanic Mario. The truth is that a lack of respect like these people deceives the clients. Please be careful with this dealer

Stopped by after visiting several dealerships
I was interested in a new Genesis, our " sales guy" more like someone's uncle gave me a low ball offer. Quoted me $500+ a month on a 2019 with 3,000 miles already on there
I advised I had good credit and was still quoted that.
I walked out while a bunch of old people came in I guess more of his clientele and he chased after them
His name was Alonso, Alfonso?I guess he saw a young lady and thought I wasn't serious. I am grateful I stopped by cause it made my purchasing decision much easier the following day

I brought my car to this dealership because it was the closest Hyundai to my job. My car had started to flash the check engine light. I left my car on a Monday 11/4 and didn't get it back until 11/21. I was told by the service director that it had a recall when previously they said there was no recall. I had to bring my car in 3 times because they kept telling me it was fixed, to finally get it fixed after 3 weeks of having a rental. No one answers phones. You can leave voicemails on every inbox there and no one will call you back. I had to bring a lawyer in to get answers about my car. This

Zero stars!! If I thought the last time I was there it was bad, Saturday was the ultimate. The "new" Service Director" Bill was looking at my car for damages caused by mechanics at this dealer when they replaced a seal on my sunroof. We walked into this man's office, while I was trying to explain what occurred during my last visit, Bill starts interrupting me and doesn't let me finish explaining. I decided to say "OK, I will be quite and let you speak" so I did. He get's up from his chair, walks towards the door and turns around saying this to my husband
