I had Chandler Gee from The Hardwood Floor Company come out and give me a bid on refinishing my Hickory Wood Floors. He came and measured and said he would send me a quote and never did. I tried calling there phone and no live person ever answered. I left several messages but no return calls or emails. I am not sure why it's so hard to give people money now days but if not following up is any indication of how they work, then I would definitely spend my money elsewhere. I went with Utah Floor and Design and they have been amazing with coordination of schedules, quick responses to my messages

I have a 90 year old bungalow house that had carpet throughout. I pulled up the carpet to reveal a wood floor, but it wasn't the original, and it was a mess. I was going to just lay a subfloor down and put vinyl plank down, but at the urging from my tile guy, I pulled up the cheap wood flooring, revealing the original floor. And what a mess! Some of it was painted and there was a million small brads and staples that held the other wood floor down that I had to remove. I didn't think it was salvageable... until I called Russ at Hardwood Floor Co. He came over and convinced me it was worth

Called this morning to see if they had a sample of a flooring no one else in town had. They had it. Pam held it for us. When we went in met Russ. He came out in less than an hour and measured our floor. We had a quote a few hours later. Very fair price.

We got several estimates for hardwood floors. Dream Maker in Bakersfield suggested that we go see Russ at Hardwood Flooring. We are so happy we did. Everyone at their company is so nice. Their wood flooring is beautiful and they do fantastic work. We could not be happier with our incredible hardwood floors. You will be happy if Russ does your floors. We highly recommend this company.

Our experience with Hardwood flooring was second to none. Russ and his family are extremely knowledgeable and were so very helpful to us in making our choice of HW floor. They were extremely accommodating when we had to reschedule the date of installation. The installation went so smoothly and the final result is so very beautiful. The team showed up on time each day and were very respectful of our home. The team were very careful and took great pride in their work. We plan to install HW in other parts of our home and will have no hesitation in hiring Russ and his company again.

I only give two stars because Russ was on time. We called Hardwood Floors because we needed some of our flooring replaced after a washer over flowed and ruined the hallway flooring. When this happened we had Service Master come in and place the blowers and dried the carpet and the laminate wood floors.
Russ walked in with a chip on his shoulder. He started out lecturing about the moisture under the floors, causing mold. We had already had 3 other quotes on repairs, and already know it is important to get the floors up. Why did he think we called? We are not stupid people we already discussed
