The company is owned and operated by a family who has been in the business for quite a while now. They have a wide variety of materials, and the showroom is very easy to navigate with the help of their staff. Bree helped me find a tile which I absolutely adore! It was a little pricier than some options but the quality is well worth it, they were able to schedule us within a week and the work itself for our master bedroom was done in a timely fashion.

We had some deep scratches in our beautiful wood floor that we installed about 13 years ago that was caused from some sliders on the bottom of our furniture that had worn out. It was in the middle of the floor (naturally) and this is a glued down wood floor. We had extra material from the original install to replace the scratched boards with. The rest of the floor still looked new. I called and spoke to Bree and she assured me that they could take care of the problem using our original material.

I was referred to Flooring America by my general contractor. I found some tile flooring that I really liked that was on sale and would not be restocked. We all know that when something is on sale, the product starts moving quicker. I met with Bree in mid October and I communicated this with her. I stumbled Flooring America just driving around town, looking for flooring places. I was not happy with the quotes I was getting, or the level of service. The second I walked in, this place felt different. Bree was warm and welcoming, the prices were fair and the options endless. Her father, Vyn, came out to measure the home and was funny and helpful with questions we had. We ended up getting some of the nicest flooring they had to offer, for the same price Home Depot, Lowe's, Carpet Outlet Plus and other "mom and pop" shops were quoting us for middle of the road flooring.
