Six hours waiting for an oil and filter change. I came in with a 10 year old Accent that had just come off warranty, so I was actively interested in looking to trade in for a new one. Instead of taking the very obvious step of talking about trading in the car, the associate seemed to have just immediately dismissed me as a possible car buyer and just rushed me through the payment process and got me out of there as quick as possible (despite keeping me waiting for six hours prior), not even slowing down to listen to anything I was trying to say or ask about trading in for a new car. It was weird

Very disappointed that called service department a couple of times today and left voice-mail that was not returned. I had a 220pm service appointment for just a transmission fluid change. This was supposed to be a 2 and a half hour service. I wasn't able to to get my car until 615. Just really disappointed in the customer service experience. I could hear multiple employees talking poorly about other interactions with customer during their shift.

I had my vehicle serviced here in which every thing went well. They diagnosed the issue and we authorized the repair. (So for this segment they rated a 5). However, the issue came when we went to check out. They hadn't washed our vehicle prior to delivery and the service technician had to drive across the street to have it washed. Prior to him leaving, I inquired about a military discount and he got distracted and siad he would check into this but he asked my spouse to sign the receipt whixh he did. So when the service technician returned with our G90 washed, I asked again about receiving the discount

I brought a friend to Courtesy Kia to help her buy a car. I’ve had major issues with Courtesy Genesis/Hyundai so I’d never buy a car from any Courtesy dealer, but was there for my friend. The salesman took my name and went in to get the keys. Once back out his whole demeanor changed in a negative way. I am assuming my name is known. I was chatting with my friend and her friend about the 2000 dealer markup sticker and used a curse word or two. The salesman tells me he doesn’t like my cussing and said he will excuse himself and have someone else help me. As he walked away, he told me in a loud

Never imagine an oil change and tire rotation takes 3 plus hours,even with appointment. As a former auto tech the most it take on a regular vehicle that type of work including paperwork is 30 minutes. At the waiting room only 10 customers (not all having maintenance on their vehicles) so that tells me it should take that long for an oil change and tire rotation....hope manager steps in and retrain maintenance staff...most likely they need a trained Express Lube Team....in and out....

If you need an appointment ASAP they’ll get you in, and that’s probably because most people avoid this dealership whenever possible. I should have stayed away after my first bad experience, but one of the advisors that no longer works for this location changed EVERYTHING with his amazing customer service. Since he has left it had been made abundantly clear to me that stellar service is not a priority at this location, which is unfortunate. I would suggest checking out other locations in S Tampa instead.
