Brett in the service department was beyond helpful and went out of his way to keep me up to date on my vehicle. Furthermore, it was noticeable that he had the customer's interest in mind as he was honest and upfront about everything. Overall, he made this difficult situation for me a lot easier and gave me peace of mind. The service department at this dealership is top notch! I've been bringing my vehicle here for servicing for over two years, and everyone I've dealt with has been extremely cordial and helpful especially Joe Zitto. He's my go-to consultant whenever my car needs servicing. Joe is polite, patient, and explains everything in detail answering any questions I might have. When a part I once needed was no longer manufactured by GM Joe advised me which shop to take my car to. Aside from that I always bring my vehicle here for oil changes, general maintenance, and repairs. The many 5-star Google reviews

Everything was perfect. Customer service very professional. They really try to make you comfortable if you decide to wait for the service. BUT GMC prefer that you set an appointment and they are never ready for you at the appointed time set by THEM. When you got to wait 2hrs for a oil change & tire rotation. WOW

I was given a fast appointment and was kept informed during the service. Waiting area is nice. Per my circumstances they were kind enough to squeeze me in. They offered a shuttle. Bret S. looked for and found a coupon for me. I will use this dealership for service again. Bret was extremely friendly and very helpful!

I have nothing but positive words to say about this dealership. From the moment we got out my car Mike was there to greet my Fiance Joel and I and provided awesome service. Doug made the bank processing a breeze! To wrap it up the Finance Guy (I forgot his name unfortunately, but he was with the Saturday crew 10/23) also provided awesome service to end the car process. I was very impressed with the service I received, especially since it was a non-appointment visit (vehicle overheating on my way into work). Joe Zito did a great job squeezing me into a busy schedule and I appreciated D.J. giving me a courtesy ride to my workplace. My only negative take-away is I thought the pricing for the service that was accomplished was extremely high. Fixing a minor coolant leak should have ended up costing in excess of $500....that's the only negative from an otherwise very good experience...thanks

Alejandro, Casey, the folks in finance department are outstanding to work with. My wife wanted the 2021 Buick Enclave and so far it's been an excellent choice. We got the sports package and it really jazzed up the vehicle. We shopped around and they offered a great deal and we were in and out in no time. Very relaxed, supportive, and knowledgeable environment. it's a nice location, easy to get to and family run operation. We highly recommend and happy about the purchase.

I had such a great experience with my recent finance at Century Buick/GMC. I was in need of a new truck but was hesitant of the purchase. I found a truck on the website that I was willing to buy and came in that afternoon. Robert was already outside before I even got out of the truck with the 2021 Canyon I had my eyes set on ready for a test drive. He greeted me and gave me a run down of everything on the truck before the test drive. He was very helpful and patient throughout the process.
