I purchased a 2022 Ford Edge Titanium on 01/02/22. I was looking for a black one and my local Ford Dealership didn't have any and they suggested Brandon Ford. WOW am I glad they did!!! I am a senior and have purchased many cars in my lifetime. I equate it to going to the dentist....I HATE IT!!! Not anymore! The online price was exactly the same as when I got there to purchase the car. My local Ford dealership had suggested I sell my car to CarMax as they would be able to offer more for my trade-in (2021 Lexus Rx350). So I did as they suggested.

Our family has been coming to this dealership for years! I want to specifically thank Daniel Medina for selling me my 2021 Bronco back in may and my husbands 2021 Edge just last week! If I could give less than 1-star I would. Went to service department to get recall work on my F-150 and they flashed my ECU to repair. Less than 200 miles later, my check engine light came on with multiple faults. Brought it back in and they charged me $130 to diagnose the problem and then quoted me $1100 to fix an evaporative control module line. Refused service and went to Hi Tech Automotive and they ran same tests and fixed the issue for $115. Would never recommend Brandon Ford Service. If their service department is this unscrupulous, I can only imagine how their sales department staff are

My catalytic converter was stolen from my RV last night. I called Brandon Ford to get a replacement. April Lowe was able to find one for me and have it ready for pick up the same day. She was so helpful and was very sympathetic to my situation. She went out of her way to help me and I want to thank her for making the situation a lot easier.

I want to say that April Lowe of Brandon Ford parts dept. has shown me a new level of commitment to customer service. After needing parts she found, ordered and got them to me within a day. She kept me informed and returned my calls asap. One thing I found out is she has a vast knowledge of Ford parts and where to find them.
April was very professional and has the customers best interest as her first priority. I have dealt with another Ford dealership in this area for over 20 years but will now use Brandon Ford as my go to Dealership.

As soon they received the vehicle that I ordered the sales person(Isaiah Merritt) called me to let me know that truck was ready. We set up an appointment. Once I we got to the dealership he was there waiting for us, very friendly, respectful and professional. He showed us the truck and we went for a test drive. Once we came back, we start the paperwork process that went super smooth. The finance person was very friendly, respectful and professional as well .Everybody were super friendly. Service dept is an absolute joke. They can schedule an appointment but cannot and will not schedule a loaner to fix my expedition under warranty. I have an extended warranty with Ford who also called while I was on the line. They told the lady from Ford warranty the same thing. I called Elder Ford and they said no problem. They got me scheduled for next week and a loaner reserved. Bye Bye you will never see me again.

Scheduled an oil change two weeks ago, at the time asked if it was possible for them to change a blinker light. No problem i was told. My wife brought the car in and told them she would wait for it. After two hours they said it wouldnt be much longer. At the four hour point she asked again what the hold up is. Oh we dont have the light bulb..... poor poor customer service. I am beyond disappointed in the way they treated her. At checkout didnt even mention the light bulb that was not taken care of after a four hour wait. Last time i will go to this dealership and we will not be buying another

I have bought several vehicles from this dealership and they were reasonably priced, and they provided excellent service and support. Whenever we came in for oil change or questions we were always impressed with the professionalism and courtesy throughout the dealership. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The showroom is very accommodating and comfortable with lots of attention to virus protocols and safety. Probably most impressive is their inventory, lots to choose from compared to others in the area.

If you want to take your new car for the first oil change and have it delivered with oil stains on the interior and scratches on the doors, book your appointment today at the Brandon Ford Quick Line.

It does not matter that you have an appointment, the minimum you will be waiting in the Quick Line is 3 hours.

Do not waste time reporting problems because after evaluating the situation with the employees, Lisa Steward will determine that they cannot help you with the problem and you will end up with a new car damaged by the dealer's people in your first oil change.

The staff, Wayne Hammond, Fred power in Zuran As well as Robert Lopez my service advisor went above and beyond to service both of our Ford's. F350 wheel drive and my wife's expedition, and went above and beyond to make sure they were serviced and completely checked out The way they are supposed to be. they are so nice and friendly And I would recommend Brandon ford to anybody. I already have Recommended them to several people that drove all the way from Panama City to buy their new Ford from Brandon Ford !!!!! My company car (suburu) had sudden engine troubles right in front of Brandon Ford Service building and died in their driveway. The staff was exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and helpful despite me clearly not using their Ford Services. In the hours that I waited for Triple A Towing, numerous members of their staff stopped to check in to see if I needed anything (food/water/etc) and I can't thank them enough! Based on this experience alone (and hours spent observing them with actual clients), I highly recommend James and Dan for excellent customer service and timely work.

Some of your Service Department Policies need to be changed immediately. I was severely stressed and inconvenienced yesterday and today for NO REASON, and it's clearly a top-down problem.

I made changes to my rigid work schedule to accommodate the fact that Brandon Ford doesn't do transmission work on Fridays, which is my day off. I gave myself a 3-hour window (!!) to accomplish the simple task of dropping off my car for RECALL/WARRANTY work. I was told that they would not give me a loaner vehicle without verifying that the work was indeed covered by warranty, which it clearly was, so

*Service Center*

I left a google review a few years about a horrible experience we had at the service center.

We bought a new car from Brandon Ford 5 month ago. When it came to buying the extended maintenance warranty we expressed our concern about the service department but was assured the service department had new management and improvements were in place.

Today, my husband brought his car in for service. When the car was done he talked to the service center he told them he would be there between 5 - 6 to get his car.

I dropped him off just after 5, his paid receipt is time stamped 5

Made an appointment for 12:30 was told it would take an hour and THREE HOURS LATER I'm told they haven't even taken it to be serviced. Not sure why we make appointments if you're not actually going to be helped. Every single time i called i got a voicemail that would claim to call me back but no one ever reached out. I asked to speak to MULTIPLE managers and i was told that they'd transfer the call only to be hung up on. This is some of the absolute worst service I've ever received. Agree with many other review about wait times. Excessive wait times is an understatement. It isn't that the maintenance takes longer--the labor charts are overly generous at prescribing time maintenance should take. As in any business, the supervisors/managers are ultimately responsible for keeping employees on track and customers informed. A little proactive communication would go a LONG way. A good business begins at the top.

Brandon Ford's service center is a joke! I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for 7:00AM this morning. When I showed up at 6:45AM there was a line of 12 or more cars in the service line ahead of me. I got out of my car and went to talk to the service attendant to let him know I had a 7:00AM appointment. He said "you need to get in line." I told him it would be after 9:00AM until I advanced to the front of the line. His answer was so absurd that I actually laughed in his face. He said "just because you have a 7:00AM appointment doesn't mean your service happens at 7:00AM."

If you bring your vehicle here for maintenance (even just an oil change), you will spend lots of time in this room (see pic). I had a scheduled appointment for 1pm and it is now 3:38pm and I'm still waiting for an oil change and tire rotation. I needed the 30K miles service done, but I was told that it would take about 5 hours to do. I think they could have told me that when I made my appointment for the 30K miles service. IJS Had I known that I would have made plans to just drop it off in the morning and pick it up after work.

We bought a car yesterday from Brandon Ford. It was not the car that we initially came there for. I had emailed Jim Gordan, internet sales, on December 24th for an advertised clearance used 2019 Mustang Convertible. He responded to my emails and gave me a price. I told him we'd be in the day after Christmas. The day after Christmas I emailed him to arrange a test drive/purchase and set up an appointment. No response. Four or five phone calls and messages to the dealership and Jim still no response from Jim.

After an hour and a half drive to the dealership from Sarasota we waited over a half
