We based one of our decisions to hire Great American Hardwood Flooring on the statement made that they may not be the cheapest but they are the best in town. The only part of that statement that was true was they aren’t the cheapest. Our experience was bad from day one. Communication was poor and the only way they wanted to communicate was through email. We had issues with workmanship and errors made by their employees these caused extended delays due to their errors. Some of the errors include their employee stapling our carpet down in three rooms at the threshold. They attempted to fix but
