Services
Subscriptions require an annual one year term, billed either annually or monthly. Subscriptions are non-refundable. Although based on a maximum of 5 hours of work monthly, accommodation will be made for lack of usage for two or more months. If FDZ is not able to schedule work as requested for a month, a credit will be provided.

Juan and his crew are fantastic! They tackled the very daunting exterior of our old and crumbling Edwardian. Throughout the process Juan was courteous and direct with communication, and patient when unexpected repairs or issues came up. The attention to detail was evident in all the painstaking prep work, as well as the care in which everything was painted. The crew kept everything immaculately clean at the end of each work day, keeping tools and material safely stored. You could tell from Juan's constant assessments of the progress that he was personally invested in the quality of the outcome

I met Juan Fernandez in 2015 when he was the project manager for my house's exterior paint job and worked with a prestigious company in San Francisco. He has recently become independent and just hired him to do the paint job for the entire interior of our house, already finished one room and put some shelfs on the wall. Me and my family are truly satisfied with the result. We have no doubt that the next face of the project with FDZ Painting will be equally successful.
