My experience here was purely with the service department. I own a business and was having issues with a Mitsubishi evolution transmission. When the issue first occurred the last place i wanted to take it to was the dealer…. Well they were the only ones who had the equipment to perform the repairs…. Luckily I was assisted by TROY a service advisor. I cannot say enough good things about this guy! I bought a new Mitsubishi Mirage here. Felt pressured to buy this tiny vehicle due to current affordability - salesman (Dan) made it seem like this is the best I could do. We test drove the vehicle and he offered me an amazing deal, but I went home. He called me the next day and said that finance was able to lower the monthly payment. I drove back to the dealership with the understanding that all of the paperwork would be ready upon my arrival, as I was visiting there during my lunch hour. Before you decide to look for a car with these people you should read this. On Thursday August 19 I saw a used Camry on their website I was interested in. The price looked too good to be true, but it was worth inquiring. Because I don't live near I called to confirm they still had it and to make an appointment. Worst experience me and my wife had in the many years of our dealings with different auto dealers since we have bought cars! The salesman is a LIAR together with the manager who assigned this guy to take care of us when we went in looking for Mark(the manager) as referred to us by our finance company to whom we had initial contacts regarding our interest in buying a truck. I wish I could give Quebedeaux a better rating, but since all their sales people seem to have disappeared today, here we are, giving an honest rating on our experience.
We were out shopping for a new vehicle today. My husband really likes the Mitsubishi Outlander, so we stopped to look at the one on the lot because we were very interested in it. First of all, no window sticker, so that's not cool. I like to know up front if a particular model is in our price range and the options on it. We walked around the SUV for a few minutes, checking out the outside and looking in the windows.

So i bought my vehicle in jan. 2021 it was my first dealer car. The buying experince was great. Samantha was my dealer super nice. Although I was told that my car was going to get new tires and a clean in the inside. When i got the car it wasnt spot clean and still wet when i picked it up almost like they rushed it. At the time i didnt care cause i wanted my car with "new tires". Although i shouldve said something bease other people whom ive talked to had better service than i did where there car was clean spotless before it left the lot.

Had been in contact with the dealership regarding a BMW X5 for a few days and made a 2 pm appointment to visit the dealership on Wednesday, March 9 for a test drive
As I live about 100 miles away I called at 12 noon on day of appointment to verify that the vehicle was still on the lot.
Was assured it was still available and received a confirmation text from the dealership verifying above shortly after our phone conversation.
Arrived at dealership after a a 90 minute drive - and was advised that the car I was interested in seeing was sold the day before but " we have others".

Bait and Switch! I found this vehicle on several websites and even emailed the dealership for the price. We test drove the vehicle and when it was time to purchase, the salesperson, Dan Rodarte, said that the price was over $3000 more than the price I was quoted. He said it was a COVID incentive the management was using and claimed we needed a trade in of $1500 and another $1500 for financing with them. There was nothing that showed that in the email I was sent. It's just a way to get you in and lie their way into getting you in to purchase. What's funny is there was a woman claiming

I dealt with Mike, the sales manager, who really worked with me on price and financing. José and his partner, Mark, were great guys. I didn't feel any pressure from them at all to buy a car.
