It comes standard with every new MINI* and is one of the most comprehensive scheduled maintenance programs in its class, covering recommended scheduled maintenance for up to 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first). To receive these services at no cost, just schedule an appointment at your authorized MINI Dealer while your MINI is covered by this program.
Low profile, stiff sidewalls and softer rubber compounds improve traction and cornering performance. Shallow water channels provide more tread surface area but sacrifices wet weather handling. Special rubber compounds enable treads to remain soft and flexible at temperatures below 45°F. Low-profile wheels and tires are more susceptible to road hazard and consequential damage.

We were very satisfied with our recent purchase of a used SUV through Mini of Tucson. The purchase itself was handled smoothly and there were no surprises.
We must mention Simone, who was our sales agent. She was professional, informative, and personable. She really made our experience stress-free, and we really liked her. She had excellent customer service skills. We would ask to work with her again, should the need arise.
We should add that we had the car home for a few days and could not start the car due to battery issues. This dealer honored the 6,000 mile warranty, and even came to our home

I brought my Mini in for an oil change and check engine light. They were very friendly, professional and helpful. They changed my oil and diagnosed and fixed my check engine light issue on the spot. Parts were in stock and it was covered under my extended warranty. Yes, the extended warranty is worth it! They even offer Uber rides for your convenience while the repairs are done. What a wonderful experience for a not so wonderful check engine light!

I had an amazing experience at the Mini of Tucson! Very polite, nice and overall pleasant! My salesman Ashton was outstanding! He got me to test dive multiple cars till I found the one I liked and helped me all throughout the car buying process. Which was helpful it being my first car, I do recommend Royal to anyone who’s looking for a car and a good buying experience.

I worked with Javier, Ashton and Sam on getting my new Mini. I in the past had only had poor experiences with car dealerships and wasn't expecting much different this time.
I was pleasantly surprised though with how genuinely friendly and help these 3 were. I originally worked with Javier getting over the phone going over general information and setting up a time to come in. Once there I was helped by both Ashton and Sam. Ashton was very knowledge and answered all my questions and fully explained options etc. Sam worked hard to find me a deal that would work and unlike previous experiences elsewhere

First time having my Coupe serviced at Mini of Tucson. I drove an hour and a half from Douglas for an oil change. Unlike other MINI dealership service departments I have dealt with, Brianna had me in and out, and was in constant text communication with me regarding cost, possible repairs, etc. The last service department "did just what the key fob indicated" without asking or telling me. Bri was a pleasant first experience. Simone in sales also was kind enough to stop by several times and ask if I needed anything. Thanks to all the staff at Mini of Tucson!

I'll be truthful, buying a car is about as much fun as getting a root canal. I ended up here because of bad experience at another dealership and they had a vehicle I was looking to purchase. Sam, Matt and the Mini team have completely changed my disposition and mind set on buying an auto. I started with basically a special order vehicle config. Matt as extremely patient and made a hard-to-refuse deal on a loaner without one of my preferences (that didn't matter too much).
Although there was one mix-up on a BMW financing technicality which led to a re-negotiation, he actually came back with a better deal.
That was the right thing to do to build loyalty. He also handled the entire test drive and transaction at our house, which I know is a pain.
Very easy-going guy. This brand drives its own demand and he knows it.

I purchased a car from Royal Mini on 11/15/19 and was amazed at the car buying experience. The salesperson was Thomas and he was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He handled the entire transaction from start to finish and there was no handing me off from one person to another person higher up in the ladder during negotiations of the out the door price. Apparently this is the rule of thumb with the Royal dealerships, which is outstanding. I especially was impressed with the Forever Warranty and it was a major factor in my decision to purchase the car from Royal Mini! Kudos to Royal!

Took new purchase in for warranty repair. Was told extravagant lies to buy time. 6 days later my wife picked up the x5 after having the power steering pump and lines replaced. She was given this long explanation that they detailed the entire engine compartment and it was a real mess to clean up. ( we haven't even had this purchase a week)
Well my wife backs it into our driveway and we find a power steering river again. I guess they didn't change what they said they did and by the photographs they certainly didn't detail anything.

Tripped an airbag light and needed a tow hitch cover replaced. Very pleasant representatives and advisors. They offered a loaner on the fly for an appointment that would take several hours (reality... two days... but beyond their control). Communication was just a *tad slow... to be nitpicking. Vehicle was returned with all issues addressed and a beautiful wash with tire dressing. For my first visit as a Tucson transplant, I am pleased thus far.

Worst car buying experience ever. I negotiated a deal even though the sales manager raised his voice and gave them the loan papers from my back. Short on time, I explained that I would be back tomorrow to sign papers and drive it away.
The paperwork was not ready and they would not give me the keys until I had proof that it was insured. AZ State law does not require insurance to buy or even register a car. This fact fell on deaf ears.
All and all, I cannot recommend Mini of Tucson.

Sales Manager George K and Salesman Matt R made buying our 2018 Mini Country All4 JCW and pleasant affair. Yesterday we drove to Tucson to pickup the car they found for us. No surprises. Car was exactly as described, fun to drive and paper work was completed in short order. We went to leave for lunch and they presented my wife with a dozen red roses (nice touch).
Yesterday was my first visit to Mini of Tucson and they were well stocked in new cars and if for some reason you don't see what you want they will try to locate it for you.
I just moved this dealership up on the professional

We have two MINIs and that means we visit MINI of Tucson a bit more than the average person. Additionally, as a "car guy", I try to temper my evaluation of an automotive services businesses with realistic expectations. MINI of Tucson makes a valiant effort given that within the stable of the Royal Automotive dealerships, their MINI franchise feels/appears to be the neglected stepchild.

Honesty in a Car dealer? You have it here....please read my story. Mini of Tucson has the best staff, starting with Kyle and Gloria in service along with Bryan, Leslie, Sam and Iman.
I was visiting family when my engine light came on. I already had my Mini in the dealer service in Willoughby June and El Paso three days ago where nothing was detected except a bad battery in El Paso when my battery was brand new. They also told me I needed 3 hrs of consult to diagnose for $1400. Willoughby OH did not detect any issues either even though warning lights had been blaring for months.

As a proud mini owner, I'm so happy that we finally have a mini dealership in town. It is a place that makes any Mini lover's heart skip a beat. The display areas are well-designed and full of beauties. Some of the newest models are just so -- AHHHH, *gasp* -- dreamy!
Service was also excellent. I took my car in for a check-up as I suspected my transmission was acting up. Because the mechanic did not find out what was wrong with my transmission specifically, it did not charge me anything. Plus, they reset my computer signals and cleaned my car, and gave me a brand new loaner for 3 days
