We were in an accident and our car was totaled. I looked at several dealerships and Car World had several of the cars we were looking for. Brian was our salesmen, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped us find a car in our price range and the buying process was quick and simple.

I contacted Car World a little over a week ago of a car I was interested in. Chris the sales representative made the process so smooth and easy. He was straight forward and honest from the start. The process of purchasing a car is not always the easiest and usually takes half a day to complete. That wasn’t the case! I was in and out in about 30-45 min. Bought a 2006 Lexus RX330 from here paid over $9000.00. 5 weeks later a maintenance light came on so took in for oil change and then was told both struts were blown and both drive shafts were bad as well as both lower control arms and ball joints. Cost me just over $1800.00 and was too late to return as a lemon (4 weeks was max for that) I tried emailing to see if they would compensate me since I was sold a NOT as in good shape a car as was told it was in. Â I will never go back there. they have ignored a reply here and refuse to answer the better business bureau and their rating went down

We found a great 2006 mustang at Car World in Tucson, Allen started off by showing us the car and taking us on a test drive, we put a $200 hold on the car until we could purchase. Brian took over when we were ready to buy and did an excellent job communicating total price and cleaning up the vehicle for delivery. I would highly recommend Car World for your next used car purchase.

The sales person and the finance person were fantastic. We came from out of state and we called; they answered all of our questions. They were able to work with us online and email. How are these people even in business? I tried to buy a vehicle CASH and asked for clearer pictures and a walk around video as I'm out of town and I heard about 8 times "we've been in business 22 years and are old fashioned". Well they're going to old fashioned themselves out of business with the way things are going. Take your junk cars that you can't give people a better view of and shove it.

So I was looking for a mustang for awhile. I live in Roswell and don't have much options! Found this car and called and was given all the info I needed. I ended up getting the car and Al made sure it was held for me. When I arrived everyone was very friendly. We took a quick drive and they put gas in it and got me a car wash. Tom got us hooked up on the paperwork and he was very nice as well. Al was nice enough to also replace the windshield wipers and made sure the team changed the oil before hand!! No complaints, car was a good price and works good! Thanks Guys!

After reading some positive reviews about this place we decided to go look at a couple trucks they had. We test drove 2 trucks and liked a 2009 Ford. We had emailed the salesperson, young kid, the information they requested and waited. Finally called and spoke with Al. He explained everything looked good and the monthly payment should be close to what we were looking for.

I came to the office ready to look at the v8 Challenger, yes I know I'm 18 and a v8 engine is too early for me and my insurance cost will be high but that's my problem and my choice the guy didn't even show me the car he was just lecturing me not to buy the car. I had the money to buy the car in full cash. But every time I said something the guy made a face like I was waisting his time. I don't get mad easy but this got me heated I said thank you for everything I'll look around.

We bought a car at Car World in December, and we absolutely loved it. The car was in great condition and we were very satisfied. The timing belt in the car was near needing replacement, so the owner even helped us by replacing it for free, as well as changing the engine mounts along the way. Around 3 weeks after we purchased the car, the alternator stopped working, so we called the owner of Car World and he immediately fixed the issue without giving us any hard time, even though it 1 week past our warranty period . I 100% recommend Car World to anybody in need of a good car for a reasonable price

**UPDATE 8/9/18: The management staff at Car World reached out to us and apologized for the lack of communication. They took the Tiguan, gave us a loaner, and worked tirelessly to fix all the issues we had. We dealt with the owner, Mikhail, who was great. We got the car back today, and it seems like we're in the clear. Thank you to Mikhail and Tom for taking the time to right the situation.** UPDATE 7/6/18- The finance director at Car World has reached out to me to arrange their mechanic to look at the car. Will update!

I am reading the reviews and lo and behold I see several with the exact same experience I am having! I went to this dealer as my sixteen year old daughter saw an F-150 she really liked in our price range. We test drove it and it did seem to drive well. My daughter loved it and wanted to buy it. I was a bit hesitant due to the mileage and wanted to take it to my mechanic. Sergio helped us and ignored my request several times. I'm giving this place 2 stars because they did have a decent selection at decent prices ($5-$7k for a decent car). I came in the office because I requested a quote online and was supposed to be contacted. No one ever called.
It was notably busy when I went in to ask questions. I didn't get the sketchy salesman vibe until later but I didn't have a good experience.

I have NEVER been treated so flippantly by a dealership in my life. This place is scuzzy, the sales and financing people are frankly, what you would imagine when you think of sleazy salesmen.
I came down from Oregon to cosign on a car with my youngest brother, he had a truck he was very excited about, this would have been his first car. We waited for FOUR HOURS, for the dealership to tell us the application hadn't been approved. I called my loan officer, who stated they had approved the loan 2 hours before and were waiting to hear back from the dealership.
When we approached the finance

Just to start off, this place is great when you talk to the right person.
My roommate and I went to check out a car we seen online. There were two of the same car we were interested in. One was black and one was silver. The black one was on the display mount. An elderly man with an Hawaiian tshirt on approached us in a friendly manner. It was 10 mins before closing but still let us check out the car. He told us to come back the next day to test drive and we did! The car was okay.. It was missing a few things but we wanted to see the silver one. It was in the back and missing .. The knob?
