Our service provider was Jesse Portillo Who is very helpful, explained everything that was going on, went to the store to pick up the correct parts not just any parts that would do. He even came back when we had further concerns and continue to help fix our problem. I was very pleased with the experience and I will not use any other plumbing service while I live in this area.

The owners of the company are actually customers of mine, on a personal level, the level of respect, gratitude, and all around attitude is fantastic. When we were selling our house, the buyers' plumbing company came in with a bid of nearly $7000 for what they said was necessary sewer line repairs. We were so lucky we got a second opinion from Jimmy who was extremely knowledgeable and honest. It turned out that the only problem was on the city/county side and their responsibility. Jimmy was professional from beginning to end. Even with his fee we saved over $6500. I would recommend using Flowrite Plumbing to anyone who has sewer problems.
