Kerion Hamill was my salesman and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable of the truck I was getting. Very professional and am at home atmosphere. Purchased a new Rogue from Ronald just before Christmas. It was one of the best experiences I have had at a dealership and with a salesman. Ronald was very polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. He did not pressure me and understood what I would pay without having to do the back and forth game with the sales manager. Frank, Steve, Parker, and Tim all went above and beyond to not only get us a great deal on a vehicle we enjoy, but continued to ensure everything was up to our expectations well after the paperwork had been signed and we left the dealership. Things went pretty well. I dealt with Justin B in sales and he was awesome. I liked his no BS attitude, it matched how I like to do business. Ed Sheeran (Frank) could have agreed to my offer instead of pulling a few more bucks out of me, but he was just doing his job and I understand that. The whole time I was there I was treated well and respectfully. I was pretty lucky that my leasing deal was pretty straightforward and I hope to do business with everyone again in 3 years when my lease is up.

Unfortunately by the time I got there it had already been sold. The sales manager listened to what I was looking for and found one with all but 1 of my requests. It had more miles than I wanted but everything else it featured made up for it.
The entire staff at Nissan of Orange Park was very friendly and helpful.
I have been back a few times just to pick up some things and everyone remembers me and says hi.

Very nice people but continuously does not complete processes as they are supposed to very lacking in the quality control area. Without a doubt every single time I bring my car there is something they either did not do or did not do correctly very frustrating me to find another Nissan dealership. I need to have a manager QC the vehicles that are completed to verify that everything has been done in its entirety, inclusive of the cleaning of the vehicle as they promised.

I bought a used and beautiful 2016 Nissan Versa from Nissan of Orange Park. They showed me a different Versa with 25,000 less miles. However I had no credit so my roommate was co signing with me. Then they brought another one because Andrew said; "The bank likes this one better."The car runs so smooth and Interior nice. After my test drive, our very friendly salesman, Andrew went in, and we were looking in the trunk which was filled so full of trash. We mentioned this and they took the car to be washed and vacuumed. Less than 24 hours later, I realized my car is beyond infested with cockroaches

Took my vehicle in for a oil change website stated $39.99. Once there after trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I did not need they quote me $69.99 for oil change in a small passenger vehicle that $39.99 is only with coupon which is not what there website claims. Also wanted to charge me $29.99 to put air in a tire.

Very unsatisfied with this dealership. I brought in vehicle for a Nissan for a ABS problem only to be told after that they didn't not have the machine to figuare out the issue! I was shocked to say the least. I then asked why not ? They said my vehicle was to old and that they machine was to much money to buy for the older vehicle ..he stated it was 10k. Like that was my problem!! Any way they ended up charging me for something I didn't even bring it for. Needless to say the light and problem still exist. Nissan of Orange Park is now owned and operated by the Fuscillo family. It is now Fuscillo Nissan. I don't say this lightly but Fuscillo is the absolute worst dealership I've ever been to, dealt with, communicated with or done business with hands down, terrible. I was going to trade in my Ford Escape & buy a Nissan Rogue with their cruise, big screen tv & brand new laptop promo. Parts Dept. is amazing! John is super friendly, helpful, and courteous. He listens to what you need, gives you all the options, and provides an overall quality experience.
Service Dept.is helpful and communicative. They made our service appointment as efficient as possible and provided updates as needed.
Sales Dept. is probably more relaxed (in a good way) than what you would expect from a car dealer. We spoke to David who was friendly, and wasnt too pushy when it came to humoring our inquires about a new vehicle. We would love to buy a car from these guys, but they dont have what we are looking

Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience. I was looking for a good safe car for my daughter who is turning 16 next month. I called on a Kia Sorento that Fuccillo Nissan of Orange Park had advertised on Cars.com for $12,000. It was the car she liked, the color I knew she liked, it was All Wheel Drive and low enough miles that I knew it would get her through college. My wife still takes her Rogue here for scheduled maintenance- She still complains about the wait time for an oil change though. Ever since the Fuccillo Automotive Group auto group took over this dealership they wash your vehicle after most service which I think should be done at every dealership as we were spoiled when we use to service our vehicles at Honda but now we are all Nissan.
I purchased a new Maxima and had to take it here for service since the seat was making a noise. It was covered under warranty and since I was on a tight schedule I made an appointment to come back a week later.

First I was haggled to test drive a car and wasn't even offered to test drive it on the actual road. I test drive it around the lot. The purchasing process took hours upon hours. Got the car the and they had lost crucial paperwork. Had to go back up to the dealer wait and wait to sign papers that I had already signed. Charles the finance manager had the worst attitude.
