This location is absolutely wonderful, and especially including all of the great and helpful persons working there. To put it simply: the customer service, attention to detail, care, and help from Lexus, at this location, will no doubt surpass all of your expectations. I have to specifically reference Ileana, who was absolutely great and provides the utmost service, par none. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the care and thoughtful service carried through by Ileana. Couldn't recommend enough, great job. She deserves all of the utmost accolades, just awesome!

Lexus Service Advisor Ileana Gonzalez is great!!! she did an excellent job in explaining what my Lexus ES300h needed. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. After I picked up my car, I received very useful information on the condition of my car, and the service performed that day. I have never had a bad experience here! The staff is always friendly even when I may not be the friendliest. My advisor, Luis R, is an absolute angel and always works with me and my schedule to make sure that my car is done as quickly and as efficiently as possible…he works with me to make sure my car is running at its best before I leave. Usually when I wait for my vehicle I have ample space to work on my computer to help pass the time. I always trust them to take care of me! Thank you always!

Rapid in-processing, and service rep was quick to introduce herself and listen to what was needed. Told her I would wait. However, after waiting three hours for status of the engine intake service (originally told it would take 1-2 hours), I asked for a follow-up. The service rep didn’t bother to come out from her office, be relayed through the receptionist that she was waiting to hear from the technician. Another 30 minutes and the service rep appears saying the car is ready. So 3-stars for shaky customer service.

I contacted Lexus of Kendall and asked for an appointment ASAP, and it was scheduled promptly for next day at 7:15 am. I arrived and was referred to my service advisor, Luis Rivera immediately. Luis, who was a highly competent and extremely knowledgeable advisor explained the repair work, cost and time it takes to be done, and kept updating me with the progress. The work was done in a little time over two hours and I drove out with confidence that repair work was done effectively and efficiently.

Went in to do the maintenance on my leased Lexus SUV. The staff was very courteous and helpful and made my experience seamless. I had my apt set with a loaner vehicle so I wouldn’t have to wait. I dropped off car and got in the loaner in approximately 25 minutes from arrival. Enrique S. and Ileana took care of me and were very professional and honest. They let me know if car wasn’t going to be ready same day, I could take loaner home, and if needed they may be able to schedule a pick up at my house (which ended up happening). Terry delivered my serviced SUV home to me and took loaner back to

UNPROFESSIONAL! That’s the best way to describe this dealership. Made an appointment for a routine maintenance on my leased Lexus. Waiting over 30 minutes to even been seen by the representative, Kimberly. Was told it would be 2 hours because they were busy. Decided that was acceptable even though there was only 4 people in the waiting room. Car after car was pulled out and parked after being serviced but no one was getting in them. After 2 hours I asked how much longer and was told my car hadn’t even gone into the garage yet. Kimberly just acted like I was bothering her when the look of shock

If you are a woman or inexperienced car buyer please read. I bought a used Toyota Rav 4 here a year ago. I went in for a $14,000 car which turned into an $18,000 car. The salesman, (I was advised not to use his name) could not stop staring at my chest the entire time, an issue entirely new to me. After the deal was made he told me a few times "how nice it would be to run into me again" all while wearing his wedding ring. I should've stood up for myself, but I froze. That was only the issue I experienced before leaving the dealership.

I leased a vehicle from Kendall Lexus. The salesman hardly spoke English and when I asked about play phone features he pretended he didn't understand instead of saying the vehicle didn't have it. A deal was struck and I proceeded to lease the vehicle but when I got to the finance guy the paperwork numbers I agreed on was different. The finance guy called the manager who then yelled on the phone stating it doesn't matter if you're leasing ...

I was Already in deep and leased the vehicle.

Definitely depends who you have for service. I went to Isaac, he was very responsive and made me wait all About five minutes and then summoned me a free Uber. I felt zero pressure about buying things and he was upfront about everything. Is it expensive sure it's a dealer but that peace of mind is worth it.

Walked in to see a ES, I asked about leasing to compare to what they have on their website and was told $3600 down and at least $600 a month. That's over $200 more a month than they advertise. Fastest experience I've ever had at a dealer. Driving to another one.

Buyer beware when you need Lexus of Kendall service! First - my husband had bought a Lexus GX a couple years ago that had multiple visits for weeks at a time on parts that were still under warranty as the vehicle was fairly new. He gave them a chance by just turning in the vehicle and purchasing another new GX. My car - a Lexus RX needed maintenance. I was apprehensive on him taking it to the service center bc of everything that happened to him. And I was right!
My car went in on Monday for Maintenance- routine. We picked it up on Tuesday. Today - Wednesday- the car would not start after work

Every time I take my car in for service I have to wait at least 30 minutes even though I have an appointment. Today I was here's at 10:00 and the service advisor did not assist me until 10:45. Their appointment system is terrible. When you make an appointment they automatically assign you a service advisor. You don't get to pick. So, if that service advisor is slow you have to wait. Other customers who had later appointments were repeatedly taken care of right in front of me by other advisors. Stay away!

What a waste of time! I went to this dealership to test drive a new Lexus ES I saw on their website. I spoke to someone named Avis who said "I have the key and will have the car ready for when you arrive. Let me know if you can't make it so I can put it back or my manager will be upset." No problem. This was at 10 a.m. As I told Avis over the phone, I am using my lunch break to test drive and have limited time. I arrive at noon for the appointment and wait 10 minutes for the sales consultant. The sales consultant has my inquiry so I'm expecting that he has this key Avis "

Very disappointed in Lexus of Kendall. They did a great job bamboozling me and now I'm paying the price. A deal was agreed upon and they did not fulfill their end of the bargain 2.5 years later. It's been such a mission getting this cleared up and they will not make this problem go away. For four months they've been giving me the run around. I will never step foot into this dealership ever again. Once my lease runs out there is no way I'll buy another car from this dealership again. Thanks Eduardo for making my life hell. Never again! If you're reading this be very careful

BUT to put a BOLO report with PINE CREST police who I all now is unacceptable. I'd like to discuss punitive damage and pain and suffering.

BTW I wbought a 2015 RC350 and started this mess cause you sales poeple lost my check and paperwork backed by BANK OF AMERICA.

On 6/14/20, I visited Lexus of Kendall to purchase a 2020 RX450h which was posted online with a value of $47,100. Once I arrived at the dealership, not only did they undervalue my trade in (Lexus of West Kendall which is also linked to them had already appraised my car for more) but they also did not honor the internet price listed for the new 2020 RX450h as they claimed that they had made a "mistake" with the list price shown on their own website. At that point, I lost all trust in the deal and was disappointed with their FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and walked away. Not to mention that the Lexus

This is a big dealership with many models on display on both of their floors. Staff were very friendly. We purchased a 2020 Lexus NX F Sport from Alex V. He was excellent at listening to our needs, finding us a vehicle with the exact features we were looking for, and being reasonable when negotiating a final price. They actually prepared the vehicle (drove it from their other warehouse) the same day for us to drive off with, that was a nice touch.

I am waiting for the day to give an amazing review but I'm starting to believe it won't happen.
My tire blew over the weekend on the dolphin expressway (scaryyy) so came in today.
Got a replacement car WOW bravo Lexus, that's an improvement especially I got an IS300 2018 model.
I asked how long it would take, they said about 1.5h.
Did some errands and came back after 3h as no sign of Lexus yet... weird.
Got back, I was told it was almost done, they were washing the car.
What a lie: the car came out and they didn't wash it so, it took you over 3h to just change a tire!?!. As
