If I could give no stars I would. This company is a complete scam. Booked, they took my deposit, and confirmed my move with emails and online chat. Moving day comes they are no where to be found. I call, this rude lady informs me I have no reservations. Actually they don't service California right now (f*cken joke, right!?) They're website shows San Jose movers. This was by far worse experience.

Hired them and they canceled their 3pm appointment with us THE DAY OF because one of the workers got sick, so all of their employees needed to go to the hospital to get tested. Seemed fishy but if that were the only issue, I'd have gotten over it. Leading up to the appointment, they were very poor communicators and took forever to get back to me, sent conflicting emails, and pushed the appointment to later in the day. We had to SCRAMBLE to find someone else, and luckily Master Movers was available and did an amazing job (but were more expensive). I was told we would get our $75 deposit back

My move was scheduled for 9 a.m. this morning, they rescheduled my move to 2:00 p.m., then 3-4 p.m. (1 hr before scheduled move time) and now, 15 min. after 4:00 p.m., I am receiving information that they will not arrive until 5:30 p.m. I had to reach out directly, the company has not bothered to update me again. This is unacceptable and disrespectful of customers' time. They obviously overbook and hope you don't fuss about it. DO NOT USE! Wish I had gone with Pure. At this rate I won't be finished with my move until nighttime. Unbelievable.

Had to move somewhat unexpectedly from the SF Peninsula to the SF East Bay during the CoVid pandemic.
The DFW team made the moving process as easy as possible for us. From contacting them through Yelp, answering any questions via email, and securing my spot on their website I quickly had my move scheduled.
As promised, the movers called me 30 minutes before our scheduled move to let me know they would be arriving on time.
The 2 gentleman arrived, looked at what needed to be moved, and quickly got to work. They were careful with my haphazardly packed bags and boxes, and boxed up the remaining

These guys really helped me out with a move that would have been difficult to delay. They said that lots of movers were afraid to work because of the coronavirus but they didn't want to cancel and leave their clients hanging. I really appreciated that so I have no qualms about giving them a 5-star review.

Scheduled two movers with DFW to move out of my apartment to a new one. Arman and Maxsim arrived on Sunday morning punctual on the scheduled time. They were easy to communicate with, attentive, and professional when handling the boxes and furnitures with care - they were able to quickly disassemble larger furnitures and load them up into their trucks. Upon the arrival of the move-in location I had asked if I could also have the TV wall mount installed (add-on option) and they had no problem in doing so. Great professional service and easy to communicate with!
