Probably the worst experience Ive ever had with a business. The company showed up the first day under staffed and despite being hired to move a 2 bedroom apartment less than a half mile, spent the entire day packing for one trip to the new apartment. Typically local moves are done without packing into boxes and instead have reuseable crates. They attempted to charge $1,000 for boxes and other materials. They also left half of my belongings. They promised to return the next day to finish but "no-showed" on me and left me to find another way of finishing the move last minute. I was late leaving my

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Puma this past weekend moving me into my new apartment. They were fast, efficient, and safe. They walked me through the charges so I understood them, went the extra mile with helping me pack up and move last minute items, and finished way ahead of schedule! They were friendly, professional, and careful with my boxes and furniture.
I chose Puma because they had an insurance policy in place as required by my building and they were recommended by the new building. I couldn't believe how many good reviews they got, but they are all true! Would definitely recommend

Avoid any dealings with this company. I relied on yelp reviews in choosing this business and it has been a nightmare. They were hired to move me about a half mile. They showed up short handed, spent a full day packing my belongings into boxes which is not standard practice for a local move and is a complete waste of time and money. They promised to show up the next day but failed to appear and when I called, I was told they were too busy and wouldn't be finishing the move. They then started harassing me for money over the Christmas holiday even though they had not finished the move.

I just used Puma movers (7/28) to help me move out of a four bedroom apartment. They were fantastic -- responsive, professional, thoughtful about wrapping and packing. They made what could have been a very challenging day go smoothly, and didn't even complain about the multiple flights of stairs (apartment was the top 2 floors of a townhouse). Highly recommend.

We had a great moving experience in September with Puma. Our movers were, Daniel, Frank, Kyle and Junior. They were great. Very polite, courteous and professional. I was amazed at how fast they moved. I was putting a few things in the car and one of them said, "Ma'am, I can help you put those things in your car". I thought that was really nice. It wasn't items associated with our move, but it was thoughtful of them to offer.
