The fan on our gas stove would not go off once we fired it up. Jeremy came out today and we were so very pleased with the service. Jeremy fixed our problem and during the inspection and clean up process he made our stove so much cooler looking than it's ever been. We couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Andy's Heating Cooling and Stove.

Edited: received a follow-up phone call from Andy regarding my issue and I was genuinely impressed that he took the time to reach out to discuss my concerns. It was was a very powerful gesture on his part in an effort to try to avoid the same issue in the future, and I will definitely give Andy's a second chance the next time I need my stove serviced.
I heard great things about Andy's so I called them when I needed a repair on my wood stove. They were quick to answer the phone and I was asked to email over the details of our current chimney sweep so we could proceed from there. I've followed up

A driver of theirs cut me off on the 95 by coming in from a side street onto the main road. I got into the fast lane to avoid hitting him and he proceeded to flip me off even though he made the mistake. If that’s the kind of people working there, I won’t take my business there. This happened at 1:15pm on Dec 1st 2021. Caucasian male in his 20s with shades on. I hope their manager takes care of him.

Once I got past the fear of cost when calling any service provider- my second greatest fear was getting a service rep that wouldn't know what he's talking about. It was clear that Davey Jones is no Monkey :) when it comes to pellet stoves and 1942 radiant heating boiler systems. What a wealth of knowledge. I now understand this old house a little better than I did before I met Davey.
