Leos Moving, Phoenix provided an outstanding moving experience. From initial contact with Alison, Customer Service, to the crew of 3 arriving on time and ready to work was refreshing. Competitively priced and professional all the way. The crew did not miss a beat and the unload was completed in record time. No damage and they even cleaned up areas not required in the agreement.

I used Leo's in a two-stop move moving stuff from my old house to a storage unit and then some pieces to my current house. Couldn't have been happier with the professionalism that I received. Although they are still moving, they are doing a wonderful job. I feel bad just sitting here watching. They are getting it down. We only paid for moving are furniture in the truck due to us moving out of state. I know they are tired because we live upstairs and this AZ heat is no joke. If I ever move back to AZ, this is the company I am using.

Great moving company. The movers arrived at the scheduled time in the morning and had us completely moved in by mid afternoon. The apartment complex we were moving out of wouldn't open up the gate, which made moving much more difficult but the movers powered through it and maneuvered around the gate and got us moved in on time. The movers were friendly, quick, and cautious. Unlike our last move, none of our furniture was damaged in the process. Overall great moving company, zero issues.

Never use this company, the customer service was rude and hung up in my face twice. They took advantage of my 80 year old dad, they made him pay $450 extra because there were cars parked on our street and they couldn't park on our side of the street. We went door to door asking people to move their car. If we would have had prior notice we could have taken our cars out of our driveway and parked om the streets to hold the space. They lost one of his boxes, and didn't do anything about it.

DO NOT USE THEM, Throw your stuff out or give it away, you will be money ahead vs. owning broken stuff
this company is careless and broke multiple items and forgot to take a few items. Almost 2 months to get a email from Mike, they sent out a handy man to glue my stuff back together with was obviously not acceptable, so now Im told I can only get $0.60 a lb for my broken belongings per there contract, I sure wish they would have offered me additional insurance or offered to crate valuable furnishing, this move cost me thousands in loss/replacement cost, I guess in the long run it will cost them

I was very impressed with the staff of Leo's Moving. They were professional and attentive unlike previous movers I have used. The truck was clean and well maintained. They had all the proper equipment and they delivered my stuff intact and on the assigned date. I had no damages or complaints. Thanks for providing an amazing moving service.

I used Leo's Moving just a couple of days ago for a move and they were extremely effective. Movers were very talented and committed. They came on time and managed the entire move with great care and accuracy. They completed the move so efficiently that I did not find any mistakes. Three words: DON'T USE THEM. After they delivered my household goods(what they took) they charged me an additional $208. The reason? I had to pay for them driving an empty truck to wherever it was they had to go. I was not told that when I arranged the move, and if I had been told I wouldn't have used them. When I asked for a receipt I was told Leo would send it. To date I have not received it.

Cross-state moves are always difficult to execute. So, I decided to use the best possible movers for my recent move. I had hired Leo's Moving because of the reviews that I saw about them. It was really great to see them doing justice with their reputation. Their sales rep was very responsive and managed the move efficiently. I was amazed to see the perfect sync between their movers and the sales rep. The moving team worked as a unit. Hence, I got a very neat, decent and smooth move within the deadline and within a reasonable amount.

We gave Leo's our moving list from United to empty (3) storage units in Phoenix, AZ after we had moved from Maryland. Both United and Leo'
s worked off the same document. United got it right.
Here is the quote:
4 men x 2 trucks x 6 hours x 3 storage units approx. $1400.00
Here is the actual:
4 men x 2 trucks x 12 hours x 2 storage units approx. $2200.00
Blew the estimate by:
1) Invoice for emptying 3 storage containers, but only did 2.
2) 4 men x 6 hours.
Appointment was scheduled for Saturday morning, but no confirmation call the night before (as promised) caused additional delays

Seriously Leo's Moving company are the best movers we have ever used. Not only did they arrive ahead of time, they finished the actual move within their quoted time. They were professional and courteous. No hidden fees and the quoted price was not altered in any way. I have NO expensive or antique furniture, quite the contrary. I asked the 2 movers when they showed up to get a 3rd guy and again 3 hours later when it was apparent they were not going to make the 4 hour time quoted, and both times they indicated there was no one else available. The small scrape you describe was actually the entire front lip/edge of a 60-yr old parquet wood stair step that was broken completely off. You have a picture of it, how can you call that a scrape? The flooring guy had to custom make the bullnose from a piece of oak and then stain and seal multiple times to match the finish

Moving with Leo's Moving was a great experience. They answered all of our questions quickly and professionally.
The movers (Sergio, Jerry, Delando, Marquan) who came for loading and unloading were the best. They were professional, hardworking, and did an amazing job.

The actual movers went out of their way to help me. Too bad I can't say the same for sales rep., Jordan. He surely talks big but does not follow through. I was lied to the whole time. Movers were to start by 9am, movers did not arrive until 2:30pm. Jordan first mentioned that the men called me night before to confirm and that I didn't answer. Then I noticed the only call I received was at 7am same day, which the man said my slot was from 11-2pm. I recently completed a move, after 17 years of owning my prior home, and couldn't be happier with the folks at Leo's Moving who held my hand throughout the process. If I could do less than 1 star I would. We are moving to Texas. They came out and gave us a bid on moving us. We were leaving a few days before they picked up. They called AFTER we moved claiming we "added" extra stuff which we actually did the total opposite and sold a bunch of stuff before we left. They called us after they packed up the trucks and said they needed another truck because we "added" stuff. They said it would be $4500 more!!!!! I am going to report them to the BBB. This is the classic "bait and switch". Do not use this company
