Gary is the only bright spot for this company. if I could give 0 stars I would. 1st car I bought was garbage, was told things would be fixed. that was a lie. so the bumper flew off going down the highway ripping the fender and destroyed the windshield. I had to pay. wheel bearings and axels went out about 5 times on each side. I had to pay. hub assembly goes out 4 times per side. I had to pay. the office and management are absolutely trash. so I paid off the first car, had a newer fusion that I liked. have them a second chance. was told had a brand new battery, that was a lie! jumping out 3 times

This is the most unprofessional and low budget place I ever received a car from.. They are rude, and handle business in the worst way imaginable. (through text and not calls) The conversations differ if you are a man or woman. The way they talk to women is disgusting and disrespectful, I was cursed at by the office. If I didn't care about my credit, I would've given my car back.
Note: to reply to your response, I've done that. I talked to the financial manager about it 4 weeks ago and was told it would be taken care of and I've yet to hear an update on my experience.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Worst car place I’ve ever been to. Very unprofessional 100% do not recommend you go there. Three months into having my car I started having problems with my engine and they wouldn’t help fix it then my engine locked up and they repoed it even tho I had just paid my car note and they refused to refund my money.

Bought a TrailBlazer from them in 2016/2017 and I still have it. Ran great until recently but that's to be expected with a 2002. I test drove my trailblazer I swear for almost 45 minutes. The sales person was so friendly and helpful. Did not rush me to buy it. Told me to text drive as many as I like until I find the car I want. Definitely coming back here soon for another vehicle from them. Hopefully they have another TrailBlazer or a vehicle with 3 rows. No vans lol

We tried to pay cash for a vehicle they made it so hard that we wouldn't. They only want you to finance so they can make a ton of extra money off of you. They seemed greedy, cold, and very uninterested in helping us! Not a great place. Plus car had lights on on the dash. He got a device to see what it was he tried to say a simple sensor but it was the water pump light. I felt like he thought I was dumb.....
