I bought a low mileage utility van here. The previous owner had painted the rear windows black for privacy/safety reasons and I asked the salesman if he thought the paint would come off, neither of us were sure it would. I also needed to store the van for three weeks after purchase before taking it home.
Courtesy stored my van at no charge and when I picked it up the windows were as clean as new, no trace of paint!
I drove the van regularly for two days before receiving a warning from the engine/drive train system. The service manager viewed the warning and told me the van was unsafe to drive

I'm giving this business a two-star (vs 1-star) rating only because on two prior occasions I had minor collision work done through the body shop. The manager and assistant are consummate professionals and did a great job across the board --Communications, Customer Service, and the work on my vehicle more than met my expectations. The same can't be said of the service dept. -- who didn't even bother call and tell me my car was ready -- during a recent repair *broke* the panel surrounding my gear shift in three places while removing it, glued it back together (poorly) and claimed

I just purchased a used vehicle from them. It was the easiest, most efficient car purchase I’ve ever experienced. I went in on the defense and fully armed, ready for typical salesman tactics. I didn’t have to pull anything from my arsenal. They weren’t pushy and they didn’t waste my time. I was out in under an hour after I decided I wanted to buy the car. They deal in volume car sales and they don’t work on commission, which I think helps. I’m from out of state and everything regarding the taxes and how the title will be handled was explained in detail. I’m very pleased with my experience

This body shop is awesome!!!! I had Adam the manager take care of fixing my sons car after a an accident. I would not suggest this place. I was interested in a Honda Ridgeline, but I took it to a mechanic to have it checked first. The tires were 7 years old, but in good condition and the axle needed to be fixed, which my mechanic said it was not a big deal and he would give me a discount. My wife told KC this information and the dealership never brought it up again. Two days later my wife was in the middle of a deal with KC and agreed on a price for a Honda Ridgeline. Out of nowhere KC sent a text that said, "I asked my boss. He said we cannot do that. Thanks for the offer we appreciate you looking

This review is for Courtesy's body shop. A friend recommended them to me, and I cannot speak highly enough of the awesome team there. After a minor fender bender, my Toyota Corolla was in need of a whole new bumper. Kelsey and Adam did a fantastic job of getting me scheduled, and ensuring the repair was done absolutely perfect. As you can see from the pictures, the replacement and paint job were done exceptionally well. It looks just like factory original work! Having been in a previous accident of the exact same nature, I can say without a doubt that Courtesy's auto body work is superior

I saw a van on their website and decided to go to check it out. K.C. was amazing! He greeted me when I walked into the sales room and provided a no-pressure experience. He showed me the van, let me play with all the buttons, and then sent me on my own to test drive it. The van was exactly what I wanted. K.C. was never pushy or tried to offer me anything I didn't want. We chit-chatted about what I was going to do with the van and he seems genuinely interested in my plans. I bought it right then and there.

This place thrives on people not knowing anything about vehicles. Textbook definition of why mechanics get bad names.
They tell customers things are wrong or not running correctly with their vehicles and end up doing repairs without asking for consent or having paperwork signed.
I called on my partners behalf (because I am mechanic) and was immediately talked to rudely by a manager (Jeff) who attempted to lie & tell me my partner asked for these repairs with him not knowing she was sitting beside me the entire conversation.
Take your business to a dealer or a local trusted mechanic. This

For a long time I could only say good things about this place but today was completely taken advantage of. Dropped my car off to get a coolant leak looked at to see what the problem might be. It took several hours for them to look at the car which I understand, they must be busy with everything going on. However after finally looking at the car they did not call me to speak about the problem, what they found, or how I would like to move forward. Instead they ordered the part and proceeded to fix it before giving me an estimate. I had to call several times to check up and they said they would call

This place disgusts me. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. Slimy. Not friendly and is filled with over-confident salesmen who just want to push a sale out the door. They say they have A+ service, but if I were grading them, I'd give them an F-.

This place is garbage. They charged me money for a throttle position sensor and then installed it incorrectly and we came back and they told us it was the wiring and would cost us another 250? Took it to a local friend he said they're idiot if they don't know how to install something about the size of your fist that only requires to screws and an iq

I had my husband's car taken here for service due to my regular shop being super busy. Had I known that the car wouldn't be fixed until the same day my regular shop said, I would not have come to this shop. Not only were they slow, but there was a lack of care and courtesy. My information was lost, I was not contacted regarding delays in service, and when I voiced my concerns I did not receive an apology or any remorse. The only person that was awesome was Tanner. Needless to say I will not be back

Courtesy Automotive has always given me fantastic service on my older (11 years) vehicle, without pushing for service that was unnecessary or misleading. When it was time to buy a new vehicle, I was able to quickly test drive numerous vehicles, get historical information on them, service records, and was not pressured to make a decision over the couple month period that I looked at cars. I would highly recommend buying a used vehicle from Courtesy.

This was the one of quickest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had and I have purchased 8 cars. I started in service with Tom for a repair. He and I spoke about potentially buying a newer car. In addition, that day he knew I didn't have a lot of time because i had appointments. Tom gave me a loaner car for the day and introduced me to GM, Gary. Gary and I had a 15 minute conversation , he understood the car I wanted and the amount I was willing to pay. After 2 hellacious weeks of having an accident in which my car was totaled, being in pain, dealing with insurance companies, being harassed by ambulance chasers, and being swindled by sleazy car salesmen, Courtesy Automotive was the only positive experience that came out of this whole mess. Finally a breath of fresh air!! They have a nice selection of well kept, quality used vehicles that are fairly priced. The negotiating was a rational discussion and not a slimy sales pitch. The guys that worked there were all really nice and friendly and dare I say....HONEST. The best part of all was there
